Research On The Impact Of The Development Level Of Digital Economy In The Yellow River Economic Belt On Green Development

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s economic development has become increasingly prosperous,and its economic strength has been significantly improved.However,in the process of economic development,China’s environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Various incidents such as water pollution,light pollution,and air pollution have occurred frequently had a huge negative impact.Under the background of my countries relatively stable economy,environmental problems will become one of the bottlenecks of my country’s economic development.Therefore,it is urgent to realize economic greening.In the past three decades,due to the extensive application of information networks,China’s digital economy is booming and ranks at the forefront of the world’s digital economy.A new round of industrial revolution has begun,and the digital economy plays a vital role in the new industrial revolution and is the key to realizing the goal of green and sustainable transformation of my country’s economy.Characteristics of green economy are green,diverse and shared,which can provide opportunities for new drivers of China’s economic development.However,while developing the digital economy,we should also pay more attention to the environmental problems that the digital economy may bring to avoid repeating the same mistakes.Clear waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,and economic development is inseparable from the ecological environment at any time.Therefore,the ecological environment and economic development must be treated equally and considered on an equal footing.Only in this way can the coordinated development of the ecological environment and the economy be achieved.Humans and the environment coexist in harmony.Starting from the connotation and extension of the digital economy,and referring to the research of predecessors,this thesis constructs an indicator system for the development level of the digital economy in the Yellow River Economic Belt,and uses the method of CRITIC-TOPSIS combined with BP neural network to empower the digital economy development indicator system.The green development index system formulated by the National Development and Reform Commission and others is reasonably adjusted to measure the green development level of the Yellow River Economic Belt,and then the digital economy development level and green development level during the study period are analyzed using the Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation and standard deviation ellipse..Through the theoretical research on the impact of the digital economy on green development,this thesis takes the panel data of 9 provinces in the Yellow River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2019 as a sample from the perspective of direct effect and indirect effect,and uses a panel model to explore the direct impact of the two.The industrial structure is divided into rationalization of industrial structure and advanced industrial structure as intermediary variables to construct a mediating effect model,and human capital is used as a threshold variable to construct a threshold effect model to verify the research hypotheses of indirect effects respectively,and finally,the robustness test of the empirical results is carried out.The digital economy and green development of the Yellow River Economic Belt show typical spatial non-equilibrium characteristics.The regression results based on the individual fixed effect model show that the digital economy of the Yellow River Economic Belt has a significant role in promoting green development;industrial structure in the digital economy promotes green development.There is a partial intermediary effect in the process of development.The digital economy can promote green development by promoting the heightening of the industrial structure,while industrial rationalization has no significant impact on green development;human capital has a significant threshold in the process of digital economy affecting green development.When the level of human capital is low,the digital economy has an inhibitory effect on green development.Only when the level of human capital reaches a certain threshold can the digital economy promote green development and the higher the level of human capital,the higher the level of human capital.The more positive effect it plays.
