With the Three-child policy implemented,the demand for maternal and infant products is huge,so wechat business marketing enjoys a promising future.BY,Ltd.is specialized in research,producing and selling with the mode of seeking wechat agents.Founded over two years,it has gradually been recognized by consumers.However,it is also being challenged by other companies and traditional e-commerce businesses.In the digital era,it is increasingly important for BY,Ltd.to give full play to its strengths and make its marketing an advantage to respond to the fierce competition in the whole market.The thesis took wechat business marketing of maternal and infant products in BY Ltd.as the subject.The status quo of the company itself as well as its marketing strategies were analyzed after defining the wechat business marketing,selecting proper marketing theories and effective research tools.At the same time problems in its marketing strategies were detected as well.The investigation on wechat business marketing conditions was carried out and its outcomes were summarized from three perspectives: general characteristics of consumers,consumers advice and approval ratings,helping find its marketing position in the market,that is,post-85 s and 90 s generation with medium income is its target consumers.Based on this,various tools such as PEST,EFE,matrix analysis,SWOT and IFE were employed to illustrate the changes of the wechat business marketing faced by BY,Ltd..The Portfolio strategies were proposed,such as the products should be safe,the publicity should be unique and the marketing channels should be diverse.Meanwhile,in order to allow BY,Ltd.to develop well,and offer feasible suggestions to expand its business,the supporting measures were put forward,for example,strengthening the relationship with clients and establishing wechat official accounts with the function of information collecting and after-sales service. |
