| In this paper,the explosion pressure distribution of explosive acting on the interface of solid medium is studied from three aspects: theoretical research,experimental research and numerical simulation.Firstly,the calculation formulas of explosive acting on the interface of solid medium obtained from several models in the literature are analyzed.By comparing the theoretical calculation results with the experimental values in the literature,it can be seen that when the explosive acts vertically on steel and aluminum,the experimental values in the literature are less than the theoretical calculation values of stress wave and plane detonation wave.Therefore,the theoretical calculation values of stress wave are closer to the experimental values in the literature;When the explosive acts on plexiglass vertically,the experimental value of the interface explosion pressure is between the two theoretical values,and is closer to the theoretical value of plane detonation wave;When the explosive acts vertically on solid medium or absolute rigid body,the theoretical value of stress wave is less than that of plane detonation wave for the explosion pressure at the interface;The higher the density of explosive,the higher the detonation velocity,the higher the detonation pressure,and the greater the explosion pressure on the interface between explosive and solid medium.When the explosive acts on the solid medium obliquely,under the condition of coupling charge,the detonation wave is reflected on the interface between the explosive and the blast hole,and the blast hole pressure is different at different incident angles;For the hole wall pressure,the smaller the radius of curvature of detonation wave and the larger the diameter of blast hole,the smaller the incident angle of detonation wave reaching the hole wall and the greater the hole wall pressure;For the pressure at the bottom of the blast hole,the larger the radius of curvature of the detonation wave,the smaller the diameter of the blast hole.When it is closer to the center of the hole bottom,the smaller the incident angle of the detonation wave reaching the hole bottom and the greater the pressure at the hole bottom;The explosion pressure calculated by the formula of explosion pressure at the interface of solid medium with oblique incidence of detonation wave is closer to the experimental value in the literature.Secondly,using the manganin piezoresistive test method,the explosion pressure of industrial emulsion explosive is measured when the cartridge is placed vertically and parallel on the 45# steel surface.The experimental results show that when the explosive acts on the steel vertically,the pressure value of the explosive on the steel plate interface obtained from the experiment is closer to the experimental value than the theoretical calculation formula;When the detonation wave is incident on the steel in parallel,the experimental value is slightly smaller than the theoretical calculation value of the explosion pressure at the solid medium interface when the detonation wave is incident obliquely.Finally,the numerical simulation software is used to establish the calculation model,and different solvers are used for explosive and solid media respectively.The results are compared with theoretical research and experimental research.The numerical simulation research shows that the explosion pressure at the interface is consistent with the experimental value,and the established numerical simulation calculation model can accurately reflect the actual situation of the explosion pressure change of explosives at the interface of solid medium;For the explosion pressure at the interface,when the explosive acts vertically on steel and aluminum,the theoretical calculation value of stress wave is closer to the numerical simulation value;When the explosive acts on plexiglass vertically,the theoretical value of plane detonation wave is closer to the numerical simulation value.Figure [27] Table [7] Reference [87]... |
