In recent years,the national coal industry has developed steadily and the demand for coal has been rising.More and more modern electrical equipment are used underground.The focus of underground working equipment is power supply.The safety of power supply has a direct impact on production efficiency and work safety.Now the traditional linear power supply is widely used underground.The traditional power supply has some problems,such as low safety factor,heavy explosion-proof shell,single output voltage,lack of continuous power supply capacity and inability to monitor the external environment of intrinsically safe power supply.In order to further improve the traditional power supply,ensure the safety of workers and realize underground intelligent work,it complies with GB3836.1-2010,GB3836.4-2010,a set of adjustable digital display mine flameproof and intrinsically safe power supply is designed by using STM32,battery management system and digital potentiometer.It has the functions of adjustable output voltage from 1.25 V to12V,uninterrupted power supply,detecting the external environment and displaying,stable working performance,strong electrical isolation and intrinsically safe output function,and can ensure the stable working voltage of underground power equipment.The specific research contents mainly include the following aspects:This paper introduces the research status of intrinsically safe power supply at home and abroad,analyzes the application background and design requirements of flameproof and intrinsically safe power supply,and establishes the overall framework of mine flameproof and intrinsically safe power supply.Analyze the topology of common power modules,select flyback circuit,design the output circuit from AC to DC,and then supply power to STM32 single chip microcomputer and sensor through DC voltage drop.The double overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit is designed with STM32 to achieve the effect of real-time protection of the circuit system.When the chip 3765 is charged,ensure that the external power supply is selected to ensure the normal operation of the chip CN3765.Monitor the working environment of the equipment with gas sensor and temperature and humidity sensor to ensure that the intrinsically safe power supply works in an ideal environment.Install Bluetooth mesh on the intrinsically safe power supply,communicate with the explosion-proof mobile phone through Bluetooth,and send the working status information and danger warning signal of the intrinsically safe power supply in time.In order to realize flameproof,an explosion-proof shell with display function is designed.The finite element analysis of the explosion-proof shell is carried out with ANSYS software,and the structure of the explosion-proof shell is optimized with topology optimization.The physical test shows that the designed intrinsically safe power supply can provide stable and adjustable output voltage,and the explosion-proof shell can also achieve explosion-proof effect to meet the power supply demand of underground equipment.Figure[46] table [6] reference [80]...
