In response to the national policy of building a smart hospital and encouraging three children,studying the furniture design of children’s infusion area is of great significance to improve the environment of children’s infusion area,the medical experience of children and their parents in the infusion area and the comfort of nurses.The furniture of children’s infusion area in public children’s hospital is the main research object,including children’s venous puncture table,infusion unit and needle pulling table.The main user groups are children(6 months to 8 years old)and their parents and nurses in the infusion area.Using desktop research methods such as literature retrieval,query relevant literature at home and abroad and the description and relevant comments of children’s infusion area on the official website of children’s Hospital,sort out the characteristics of infusion system,infusion area environment and furniture in children’s infusion area,fully investigate children’s infusion area furniture and related products at home and abroad,understand the design characteristics and development trend of children’s infusion area furniture,through questionnaire,observation and interview,Obtain the needs of target users for furniture in children’s infusion area.The Kano model method is used to optimize each demand and classify the importance degree.Finally,the modular design method is used to solve the demand and design response of furniture in children’s infusion area,form five design schemes,and the grey weighted correlation method is used to evaluate and verify the design scheme.The main research results are as follows:(1)The research results of furniture market in children’s infusion area mainly include: 1)theme,mainly forest and sky;2)Color,mainly for the warm color system "high purity-low lightness";3)In terms of style and form,it mainly presents the characteristics of liveliness and simplicity;4)In terms of material,stainless steel,wood-based panel and artificial leather are mainly used;5)In terms of structure,it is mainly fixed furniture,and the venipuncture table,infusion chair and needle pulling table have similar components;6)In terms of function,in addition to the basic functions of sitting and lying,some venipuncture tables have the function of storing nurse supplies,the infusion unit has the function of storing patient supplies,and the needle pulling table has the function of storing medical waste.In addition,children’s infusion process mainly uses the combination of manual and electronic methods.The infusion system is still in its infancy,and the outpatient infusion system targeted to meet the needs of users has not been popularized.(2)Through the investigation of the basic characteristics and needs of target users,the following furniture needs of children’s infusion area are obtained: 1)in terms of overall positioning,the needs are public hospital positioning,coordinated color matching,comfortable material matching,sense of design,stability,roundness,interest and humanization;2)In terms of storage performance,the requirements include portable storage of patient items,fixed storage of patient items,storage of nurse supplies on puncture table,etc;3)In terms of the convenience of furniture use,the needs are the convenience of nurses’ puncture,the convenience of children’s use of puncture table,the convenience of infusion transfer,the convenience of needle pulling out of infusion chair,etc;4)In terms of component usability,the requirements include the use performance of nurse bell,table board,infusion monitoring equipment,space privacy,screen anti cross infection performance,handrail or low stool performance,etc.Through the investigation of furniture design elements by using Kano model method,a total of 2 basic demand designs,9expected demand designs,5 exciting demand designs and 6 undifferentiated demand designs are obtained.In addition,the overall planning needs of the children’s infusion area is a reasonably planned area,and the online system needs to make an appointment,check information,select seats and interact with furniture.(3)The design elements and functional modules are transformed to obtain general modules and furniture specific modules.Select and design modules according to the design elements and furniture structure,output five design schemes,use the grey weighted correlation method to evaluate and select the best scheme,design the matching children’s infusion system,and plan the overall space and treatment process. |
