With the increasing maturity of information technology and "Internet+" strategy,it is inevitable to use advanced scientific and technological based on information technology to promote the construction industry towards information and refinement management.As modern management mode of construction in the new era,the smart construction site is an efficient management to overcome the drawbacks of low productivity and complex of collaborative management in the traditional construction industry.However,during the construction of the smart site,the unsafe state of objects is less,the unsafe behavior of construction workers become the primary cause of frequent accidents.Since there are many factors affecting the unsafe behavior of construction workers,we need to analyze the essence of these factors to better study the unsafe behaviors.In view of this,it is urgent to summarize the factors influencing the unsafe behaviors of construction personnel in the smart sites.Therefore,this paper explores the factors influencing the unsafe behavior of workers at smart sites and clarifies the action path and key factors among them.In anticipation of providing more scientific and reasonable control measures for construction safety issues and reduce the occurrence of unsafe behaviors.Based on the theory of accident causation and behavioral safety management,this paper explores the causes of accidents on the basis of analyzing the complexity of components of the smart site system.Based on the 4M1 E in quality management,the 4M1E1 T framework is constructed by combining the characteristics of smart site and introducing the technical aspects.Considering the internal and external factors such as the behavioral characteristics of construction workers,a preliminary list of influencing factors is established through literature combing and generalization of typical accidents.On this basis,Weighted gray correlation clustering is used for factor screening in order to form a more comprehensive,systematic and scientific list of factors influencing the unsafe behavior of construction workers at smart sites.In view of that there are many factors in the study and it is difficult to understand priority of the factors.Therefore,Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)is used to clarify the hierarchical relationships and paths among the influencing factors.In order to further understand the substantive role of factors in the system based on the hierarchical induction of factors,Matrices Impacts Croises Multiplication Appliquer Classement(MICMAC)is introduced to investigate the degree of influence of factors.Finally,the ISM-MICMAC model is used for empirical research and control suggestions for behaviors are proposed.Combined with the evaluation of the effect of measures,the scientificity of the model of this research and the feasibility of the proposed control recommendations are verified. |
