The construction industry is a high-risk industry with frequent accidents,which is reflected in the fact that there are many risk source at the construction site,the construction workers are poorly educated,and construction safety accidents occur from time to time.Accident analysis shows that over 80% of construction safety accidents are caused by human unsafe behavior,of which 80% have problems with illegal command and operation.Such intentional unsafe behavior,characterized by knowingly committing it,is an important cause of construction safety accidents.Behavior is completed under the control of behavioral intention,and unsafe behavior intention determines intentional unsafe behavior.Therefore,this article takes unsafe behavior intention as the research object.There are many factors that affect the intention to engage in unsafe behavior,among which organizational factors largely affect the psychological state of construction workers,which in turn affects their behavioral performance.However,there is relatively little research on how organizational factors affect unsafe behavior.Therefore,from a cognitive perspective,this study reveals the mechanism of unsafe behavior intention among construction workers under the influence of organizational factors,and dynamically simulates and compares the intervention effects of organizational level influencing factors on unsafe behavior intention.Targeted intervention measures are proposed to provide guidance for construction enterprises to intervene in workers’ intentional unsafe behavior in the early stage,thereby reducing the occurrence of construction safety accidents.Firstly,through literature analysis,the causes of unsafe behavior intentions among construction workers are analyzed from a cognitive process perspective.Then,combined with expert opinions,the influencing factors and secondary measurement indicators at the organizational and individual levels are determined.Secondly,by drawing on mature scales and expert opinions involving various variables,measurement items for each secondary indicator were determined,and a questionnaire survey on construction worker behavior was distributed.A total of 306 valid questionnaires were ultimately obtained.Use SEM structural equation model to analyze and test the collected data,fit and modify the hypothesis model of unsafe behavior intention of construction workers,and finally obtain a modified mechanism model of unsafe behavior intention of construction workers,exploring the impact path of organizational factors on personal behavior intention.Finally,construct an SD system dynamics simulation model for intervention control of unsafe behavior intentions of construction workers,import the path coefficients obtained from the SEM model,simulate unsafe behavior intentions and other variables of construction workers,and dynamically simulate the intervention effect.Research has found that organizational level influencing factors have a negative impact on individual level factors,and indirectly affect unsafe behavior intentions.Individual behavior attitudes are influenced by safety culture and safety atmosphere,subjective norms are influenced by safety culture,safety management,and safety atmosphere,and perceptual behavior control is influenced by safety culture,safety management,and safety atmosphere.During the simulation process,the overall level of unsafe behavior intention showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and then accelerating to decline in the later stage;Statistics have found that intervention strategies in the areas of safety culture,safety management,and safety atmosphere have the strongest intervention effect on individual perceived behavior control level,followed by intervention effect on subjective norm level,and the intervention effect on individual behavior attitude level is the weakest;The order of significance of intervention effects is: three intervention combinations>safety culture and safety atmosphere intervention combination>safety culture intervention>safety management intervention>safety atmosphere intervention.Based on the above simulation comparison results,intervention and control measures are proposed from three dimensions: organizational safety culture,safety management,and safety atmosphere intervention.This article enriches the research on the impact path of organizational factors on individual behavioral intentions from a cognitive perspective,and also provides theoretical support for improving the intervention effect of construction enterprises on worker behavior.
