The development of science and technology and the acceleration of urban modernization make the subway stand out among many means of transportation,which not only facilitates residents’ travel,reduces road traffic pressure,but also effectively improves the surrounding environment and promotes the development of regional economy.At the same time,with the expansion of network scale and the increase of passenger flow,the disadvantages of subway are gradually exposed,and the safety of subway operation is facing great challenges.Subway is a complex system composed of personnel,equipment,environment,management and other subsystems.In the face of uncertain risks and impacts,risk management only from the perspective of prevention can no longer meet the needs of current subway operation safety management.Different from the traditional "static" thought,this paper studies the resilience of subway operation safety system from the perspective of resilience management,focusing on the "dynamic" changes in the whole disaster process of subway operation system.It not only pays attention to the risk prevention ability before the disaster,but also emphasizes the risk response ability and post-disaster recovery and optimization ability of the system,so as to realize the sustainable development of subway operation safety in the dynamic cycle.Firstly,this paper distinguishes the concept of resilience assessment,and expounds the resilience of subway operation safety system based on "PSR" model,including the connotation of resilience,the process of resilience,the characteristics of resilience and the characteristics of resilience process.Secondly,on the basis of resilience analysis,with reference to relevant laws,regulations,standards and documents,the influencing factors are preliminarily identified,and through index summary and screening,the resilience evaluation system of subway operation safety system is established from three dimensions: pressure,state and response.Thirdly,the matter-element extension model of toughness evaluation based on G1 method and anti-entropy method is constructed and the toughness grade is divided.Taking Qingdao subway operation safety system as an example,it is finally determined that Qingdao subway operation system is at a higher toughness grade at present,which is consistent with the actual situation,which proves the rationality of the evaluation index system and the practicality of the evaluation model.Finally,according to the evaluation results,combined with the connotation and process characteristics of resilience,the resilience optimization and promotion strategies of subway operation safety system are put forward from three aspects: avoidance and defense of pressure sources,improvement of state stability and redundancy,and optimization of response efficiency and mechanism,so as to promote the sustainable development of the resilience of subway operation safety system and provide a new perspective and approach for the operation safety management of urban subway.Thirdly,the resilience evaluation model based on anti-entropy weight method and matter-element analysis method is constructed and the resilience grades are divided.Taking Qingdao subway operation safety system as an example for empirical research,it is determined that Qingdao subway operation system is in a higher resilience grade at present,which is consistent with the actual situation,and proves the rationality of the evaluation index system and the practicality of the evaluation model.
