Nicotine is an alkaloid found in solanaceae plants and an important component in tobacco.It is the main causes of smoking addiction and can have various effects on the nervous system.In recent years,nicotine and its derivatives have shown important research and development value in the fields of pharmaceutical and pesticide.With the continuous innovation and exploration of green pesticides,nicotine compounds have triggered a research boom in the field of insecticides.In order to further explore the application of nicotine compounds in terms of insecticidal activity.In this paper,the synthesis process of nicotine and its new derivatives were completed,and the insecticidal activity has been studied.1.In view of the synthetic process of nicotine,we have tried two synthetic process routes,and finally designed and verified the reasonable synthetic route of nicotine through experiments.Ethyl nicotinate was condensed with N-vinylpyrrolidone to give3-nicotinoyl-1-vinylpyrrolidin-2-one,which was reacted with hydrochloric acid to achieve decarboxylation,and cyclized with sodium hydroxide to obtain myosmine.The myosmine was reduced by sodium borohydride to obtain nornicotine.Nicotine was obtained by the methylation of nornicotine in 49.27% over all yield.We have optimized the reaction conditions and post-treatment process in each step of the synthetic route.The overall yield of the synthesis process was ideal,the yield of each step is very stable,and the operation is simple,which provides technical support for the industrial production of nicotine.2.(S)-nicotine as raw material reacted with sodium amide to obtain intermediates2-aminonicotine and 6-aminonicotine.The intermediates were structurally modified,which reacted with a variety of carboxylic acid,acid anhydride and acid chloride reagents to synthesize 30 new nicotine derivatives.At the same time,the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of various series of derivatives were explored,which laid a certain foundation for the discovery and rapid construction of novel nicotine derivatives.3.The insecticidal activities of 30 synthetic target compounds were tested for adult citrus psyllid.The test results showed that: the insecticidal rate of compounds Ⅰ-1c、Ⅰ-1g、Ⅱ-2a、Ⅱ-2c、Ⅱ-2d、Ⅱ-2g、Ⅲ-3c、Ⅲ-3d was more than 60%,especially the insecticidal rate of compounds Ⅱ-2a、Ⅱ-2c、Ⅲ-3c、Ⅲ-3d was 100%,showing strong insecticidal activity.These results provided a better research direction for the control of adult citrus psyllid in agriculture.
