With the continuous promotion of the enterprise’s transformation and upgrading in China,the enterprise’s demand for high skilled talents is growing,the requirement of high skilled talents is growing and the competition of seeking high skilled talents is intense.Chemical enterprise Z,as a new energy and environmental protection industry,has urgent demand for high skilled talents.However,in recent years,the loss of high skilled talents in the Z enterprise is serious.The satisfaction of on-the-job high skilled talents is not high and the work enthusiasm is low.How to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of high skilled talents has become a principal task of human resource development and management in the Z enterprise.This article analyzes the incentive mechanism of high skilled talents’ in the Z chemical enterprise,based on the theories and methods of human resource development and management,incentive theory,salary management and statistical analysis.First,this article uses the method of system analysis to analyze the current situation of the incentive mechanism of high skilled talents in the Z chemical enterprise,and then uses the method of questionnaire and statistical analysis to analyze the existing problem and causes of the incentive mechanism in the Z chemical enterprise.This article points out that there are some problems in the incentive mechanism of high skilled talents in the Z chemical enterprise,such as the lack of external competition,fairness in internal competition,obvious effect in training incentive mechanism,fairness in the practice of spiritual incentive mechanism,effectiveness in promotion mechanism and the unscientific assessment system.The main reasons are that the senior managers are lack of understanding of the system and the incentive measures are lack of pertinence and timeliness.Finally,as for the existing problems,the article gives the principles and ways of optimizing the incentive mechanism of high skilled talents in the Z chemical enterprise,and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of the incentive mechanism.This article not only provides decision-making basis for the development and management of high skilled talents in Z chemical enterprise,but also provides reference for the development and management of high skilled talents in similar enterprises.
