| Calcium carbide furnace is an indispensable industrial furnace for national development at this stage.Reducing its industrial pollution and energy consumption is the top priority of calcium carbide furnace technology progress.Reasonable control of electrode sintering degree and furnace depth can effectively improve production efficiency,reduce energy consumption and reduce pollution.The electrode length measuring device of the submerged arc furnace is installed in the specially designed electrode cylinder cover,and the electrode length is measured by the time difference of the echo signal of the ultrasonic wave at the interface of different media.The electrode cylinder is in a high temperature environment,and it is charged and constantly moving.It is very difficult to use wired transmission data.Therefore,a concentrator system is designed.The data of three independent electrode length measuring devices of a calcium carbide furnace A,B and C are collected by wireless transmission,and forwarded to the central control room through the bus.Based on ZigBee wireless communication technology,this paper designs a concentrator system for electrode length measuring device of submerged arc furnace.Firstly,the clustering method is used to mine the concentrator system data,and the data is divided into four categories : A,B,C and D Class A is production data,Class B is alarm data,Class C is maintenance data,and Class D is operating parameters.Secondly,the hardware circuit is designed according to the concentrator data storage and direction analysis,including power module,main control module,I / O expansion module and communication module.Then,the software design of self-diagnosis module,wireless data remote transmission module,RS485 communication module,LED display module,TFT LCD screen,DDS sweeper,multi-channel data acquisition and main scheduling is completed by combining bottom-up and top-down ideas.When wireless data is transmitted,Zig Bee module chooses transparent transmission mode as data transmission mode,AT command mode to configure and read device status,and star network topology as network structure networking.Finally,the software and hardware are jointly debugged to obtain the UART and I2 C communication timing diagram.The comparison of the transceiver timing diagram is consistent with the design.The results show that the concentrator system can realize the data forwarding function,control the lower computer to work and transmit the measurement data to the upper computer,which meets the design requirements. |
