| At present,there are many safety problems in the chemical industry,such as insufficient supervision,insufficient safety knowledge of personnel,and the traditional safety training methods related to the chemical industry,such as PPT presentations,books,meetings,etc.,can no longer meet the efficiency of safety training,and also can not prevent and solve the corresponding safety problems.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new safety training mode for the developing chemical industry.The development of this training system can effectively solve the shortcomings of traditional safety training,and reduce the waste of materials and unreasonable distribution of training resources in the process of safety training.On the basis of virtual reality technology,this paper uses 3DMax,Unity3 d and Matlab as development tools to design and implement a chemical industry park virtual reality security training system for the needs of employees in the chemical industry park.The system includes security experience,security knowledge learning and emergency drill.This system has the characteristics of high efficiency,strong authenticity,reusable,etc.Users can use computers to enter this training system for learning according to these characteristics.First of all,in the safety experience module,accident scenarios are combined with real scenarios to develop 11 common types of safety accidents in the chemical industry park,and employees are trained according to their own needs.Secondly,for the study of safety knowledge,through the query of relevant materials,the basic safety knowledge that the chemical industry should know before employment was summarized,and the system finally showed six safety knowledge for trainers to learn.Finally,in the accident emergency exercise module,we need to use MTLAB to simulate the Gaussian plume model of gas diffusion,call out the Matlab simulation program through the C# language in Unity3 d,combine the particle system with the Gaussian model,and realize the three-dimensional simulation of the gas leakage module.The drill system was improved according to the three-dimensional gas diffusion,and the trainers made corresponding judgments and gave scores(100points system)when facing gas leakage.Finally,the software development process is recorded for the development of secondary use and other types of virtual security training.The development and completion of this training system has solved the problems of slow and indirect traditional safety training in the chemical industry.Through the study of this system,employees can significantly improve their safety awareness and safety knowledge level,which is also of great significance and broad application and development prospects for safety training in the chemical industry and other industries. |
