With the rapid development of information technology and intelligent mine technology,mine digitization has become the most important part of mine production.Virtual reality technology provides a virtual display platform for the construction of the digital mine.It can realize the simulation of mining environment and the simulation of the mining process.It is important to promote the technological development and innovation of mining enterprises,also it has great significance to establish a new situation of mining high efficiency,green and safe mining.This paper studies the technology of mine virtual reality system.Taking an underground mine as an example,the 3D virtual mine model and system integration are developed based on Unity3 D and other software platforms.Through the establishment of a roaming system,the mine scene is vividly displayed,and the operator has realized the experience of the virtual reality scene of the mine.The main achievements of this project are as follows:(1)The framework construction of virtual reality mine system.On the basis of summarizing the research results of virtual reality technology,the working mechanism of virtual mine modeling,roaming and the dynamic process of equipment operation are analyzed.Aiming at the overall design of the mine virtual reality system,the workflow,development environment and working mechanism of the system are defined.(2)The construction of virtual mine model.The 3D scene model of virtual mine is established by using AutoCAD and 3D Max,and the virtual expression and creation of the ground surface,ore body,mining equipment and operation elements are realized.Through the construction of the virtual mine 3D scene model and the optimization of the rendering effect,the flow of the model in the computer is greatly improved,which provides a graphic basis and technical guarantee for the work of the follow-up minevirtual reality system.(3)The establishment of virtual mine system integration and roaming system.The problem of compatibility of third party software construction models in Unity3 D is solved,also a variety of virtual scene roaming such as first person,third person personage roaming and presupposition path roaming are realized by using Unity3D.(4)The construction of the auxiliary scene.The auxiliary functional modules such as information interaction,small map navigation,tree flower and grass,storm and snow weather scene and virtual reality operation interface are set up to provide information feedback for the virtual reality system scene,let the operator experience the virtual reality scene of the mine better.(5)The simulation of the disaster avoidance route in the mine.The mine disaster avoidance route is one of the preset route roaming.Based on the Dijkstra algorithm,the shortest roaming path is obtained which realizes the roaming of the mine disaster avoidance route.It provides three-dimensional simulation guidance for the mine safety training education,the workers avoiding disaster rescue and the mine emergency rescue organization decision-making.The 3D virtual reality mine system developed in this project provides a visual and real virtual display of the mine entity for the users,which has a certain reference for the digital construction of other similar mines.
