Study On Export Porcelain Daily Tableware Type In Ming And Qing Dynasties

The 17th and 18th centuries were the golden period of China’s export trade with Europe,when a large number of exported porcelain flooded into the European market and became part of the wave of "China fever".With the growing scale of export trade of porcelain in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the types of ceramic tableware became more and more abundant.With the development of social productivity,ceramic tableware not only entered the tables of the nobility,but also eventually became the daily products of the middle and lower classes and became the favorite objects of people,and penetrated into daily life,parties,exhibitions and other social activities.Different from the local aesthetic consciousness in China,ceramic tableware evolved a decorative way and style with the characteristics of The Times after the aesthetic creation,aesthetic experience and communication and evaluation of designers and users,and finally promoted the perfection of ceramic modeling style.The diversified export tableware not only influenced the social life and modeling concept of Europeans,but also injected "fresh blood" into the modeling system of Chinese porcelain in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Through sorting out the type changes of domestic tableware used in Ming and Qing export porcelain in the 17th-18 th century,we can have an in-depth understanding of the ceramic plastic arts and cultural and artistic exchanges between China and foreign countries in the Ming and Qing dynasties.The development of export daily tableware in Ming and Qing Dynasties and the success of modern European porcelain industry also have reference significance for contemporary tableware design.This thesis is divided into five chapters: Chapter one is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research significance,research methods and research status;The second chapter discusses the development of export daily tableware type in Ming and Qing dynasties,influencing factors and development situation.The development of ceramic tableware modeling is divided into two parts: the development of traditional Chinese ceramic tableware modeling and the development of western ceramic tableware modeling,and discusses the important status of material factors and spiritual factors in the development of ceramic tableware,and summarizes the development of ceramic tableware in the Ming and Qing Dynasties to lay the foundation for the discussion of the following chapters.The third chapter will list the Ming and Qing Dynasties of the main export of daily tableware types,combined with the actual case analysis of the evolution of the main ways and reasons,and explore the suitable relationship between the change of instrument type and the change of decoration;The fourth chapter studies the cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries during the changes of export porcelain daily tableware type in Ming and Qing dynasties,combing and analyzing the influence of the type on European food culture and the construction of food space.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the views of the full text and reflects the enlightenment of this subject to the development of modern ceramics industry.In the tide of globalization in the 17 th and 18 th centuries,the export of daily tableware in the Ming and Qing dynasties carried Chinese culture and aesthetic concepts.The modeling of utensils is not only cast for people’s practical needs,but also developed under the aesthetic culture.Therefore,the in-depth analysis from the model of export daily tableware can reflect how porcelain promotes the aesthetic culture exchange between China and the west.This thesis,by classifying and analyzing the shapes of export porcelain daily tableware,sorts out the historical context of the development of export porcelain daily tableware type,summarizes the evolution process and rules of export porcelain daily tableware type in Ming and Qing Dynasties,and analyzes the influence on European food culture and Eating space.
