| With the continuous development of social economy,oil and gas pipelines are used more and more widely,and the resulting pipeline accidents occur frequently,causing huge losses to people’s lives and property.Therefore,real-time monitoring of pipeline safety status is of great importance.Engineering significance.As an important device to directly realize the opening and closing control of oil and gas pipeline valves,electric actuators have been widely used in the petrochemical field.At present,pipeline status sensors and electric actuators mostly use wired centralized control,and communication cables often lose signals due to factors such as man-made damage and oil and gas corrosion.At the same time,the laying of communication cables will also cause cost problems.The use of Internet of Things technology to realize remote monitoring,control and management of electric actuators can improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs and time costs.In view of the development status of oil and gas pipeline detection,combined with the problems existing in the above-mentioned electric actuators,by analyzing the operating parameters of oil and gas pipelines,the mechanical structure and hardware composition of electric actuators are studied,and the precise control of the valve position of electric actuators is realized by fuzzy PID control technology.Finally,an oil and gas pipeline status detection and actuator control system based on Internet of Things technology was designed and developed.The system can obtain specific information such as pipeline parameters and electric actuator valve status through various sensors and electric actuator feedback signals,and transmit pipeline parameters and electric actuator status to the cloud platform based on4 G networking technology and MQTT Internet of Things communication protocol,realize real-time monitoring and early warning of oil and gas pipelines,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of pipeline maintenance.Using the host computer control software to issue instructions and download pipeline parameters and electric actuator status through the cloud platform,the waveform of oil and gas pipeline parameters and the status of electric actuators can be viewed in real time,and control instructions can be issued to realize the corresponding control of electric actuators.The control system can collect,upload and process the parameters of the oil and gas pipeline and the state of the electric actuator.According to the result of data processing,the control software of the upper computer is used to control the state of the actuator,and the relevant parameters of the operation status of the oil and gas pipeline are displayed in real time.According to the test results,it can be concluded that the system can effectively detect the pipeline status and perform actuator control,and has good practicability and feasibility.The system can be connected to the network within 3.4 seconds,and the response time of the electric actuator is controlled within 1.3 seconds,and the average error of the maximum valve is controlled within 2.2%,which can meet the industrial control requirements required for the use of electric actuators in oil and gas pipelines.It is of great significance to improve pipeline safety and operating efficiency,and also provides a useful reference for the application of Internet of Things technology in the industrial field. |
