| Xiaodonggou gold ore is a typical high-calcium-magnesium fine-grained Te-Au type complex and difficult-to-treat gold ore.The poor natural endowment of the ore,the complex types of gold-bearing minerals,the wide variety of gold minerals,and the difficulty in leaching gold-silver telluride itself have caused unsatisfactory beneficiation indicators in the preliminary beneficiation test.In this thesis,the raw ore and flotation products of the Xiaodonggou gold mine are used as test samples.The process mineralogy of each sample is carried out using polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope equipment to find out that the concentrate yield is too high,the grade is low,and the tailings gold The reasons for the large losses are combined with the flotation test to propose the best flotation conditions and optimal process recommendations for the company.The mineralogical research of the raw ore shows that the gold grade of the raw ore is 2.53 g/t,which contains a large amount of calcium-magnesium minerals such as calcite,iron dolomite,dolomite,etc.;the gold-bearing minerals are diverse and complex;there are many kinds of gold minerals;The storage state is mainly produced in the form of wrapped gold and is mainly wrapped in gangue minerals and pyrite;the overall grain size of the gold minerals in the ore is fine,with an average particle size of 2.95 μm,and gold particles smaller than 10 μm account for 96.11%.-The grain size of silver telluride intercalation is finer than that of natural gold intercalation.After in-depth systematic analysis,the Xiaodonggou gold ore belongs to the high-calcium-magnesium fine-grained Te-Au type complex and difficult-to-treat gold ore.On the basis of technological mineralogy and flotation test research,a new process of green flotation combined with alkali and acid---"two rough three fine and three sweep" closed circuit test process was determined.The raw ore with a gold grade of 2.18 g/t is used as the raw material,and the "two rough,two fine and three sweep" is the weak alkaline flotation stage,and the collectors isoamyl xanthate and butyl ammonium black powder are used;the third refined stage is YL-101 slurry,YL-18 as collector.Through the closed-circuit test of"two roughs,three fines and three sweeps",the gold concentrate grade is 26.29 g/t,the yield rate is 7.41%,and the gold recovery rate is 89.38%.Compared with the conventional flotation process,the flotation index is excellent.Process mineralogy of the beneficiation products shows that the main mineral in the concentrate is pyrite,which has finer particles but high dissociation degree;the main minerals in the tailings are iron dolomite,calcite,dolomite and quartz and other gangue minerals,yellow The iron ore content is low and the dissociation degree is very low.Analyzing the recovery of gold in the gold concentrate,it is found that the gold particles in the concentrate are mostly between 0.5 and 2 μm in size.Generally,pyrite is coated with gold and all the gold-silver telluride in the raw ore enters the concentrate;The unrecovered gold particles in the tailings are mostly less than 1.5 μm and are mainly quartz-coated gold,and a certain amount of gangue-linked gold has not been recovered.The gold lost in tailings is mainly closely related to gangue minerals such as quartz and calcite. |
