The gold ore from the Qinghai Shanjin Factory is from the four mining areas of Walega,Guoluolongwa,Asiha and Annage.Because the nature of the four mining regions is relatively complicated and the difference is large.In recent years,the company’s flotation indicators are not ideally,and the enterprises have conducted many mineralized experimental studies have not obtained satisfactory results.In order to improve the ore recovery rate,grasp the mineral properties in ore,using a polarized microscope analysis,field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis method for systematic process mineralology of the ore from Walega and Guoluolongwa.The polished and thin sections of raw ore in Walega mining area were studied by micro area method.Studies have shown that the main metal minerals in the ore in the Walega mine are pyrite,a small amount of sphalerite,galena and chalcopyrite,and contain small amounts of arsenopyrite and carbon.The main gangue minerals are quartz,feldspar,epidote,diopside,sericite and calcite.The gold minerals are mainly silver-gold mines,and the secondary ones are natural gold and a small amount of gold and silver mines.The grain size of the gold mineral intercalation is fine-grained gold.The main occurrence state of gold minerals is pyrite-coated gold,and the rest is fissure gold and interstitial gold.The main gold-bearing minerals are pyrite,and a small amount of arsenopyrite.The main morphology is round grain.The analysis shows that the reason for the poor mineral processing index in Walega mining area is that the particle size of gold ore is fine,and the occurrence state is mostly wrapped by pyrite.In addition,there are carbon,harmful mineral arsenopyrite and clay like mineral sericite.It is recommended that the concentrator increase the grinding fineness and adjust the reagent system to strengthen the collection of pyrite and inhibit the clay like mineral sericite;After roughing,separation flotation is carried out to separate and recover sphalerite from ore to obtain zinc concentrate;The gold concentrate was pretreated to remove as and open coat of gold.The polished and thin sections of raw ore in Guoluolongwa mining area were studied by micro area method.Studies have shown that the main metal minerals of Guoluolongwa’s original ore are pyrite and sphalerite,a small amount of galena and chalcopyrite.The main gangue minerals are quartz and calcite,diopside,sericite,chlorite,epidote and garnet.The gold minerals are mainly silver-gold mines,and the secondary ones are natural gold and a small amount of gold and silver mines.The grain size of the gold mineral intercalation is fine-grained gold.The main occurrence state is fissure gold,followed by wrapped gold and associated gold.The main gold-bearing minerals are pyrite.The main shape is long strip.The analysis shows that the reason for the poor mineral processing index in Guoluolongwa mining area is that the particle size of gold ore is micro fine,and the gold particles with larger particle size are mostly wrapped by pyrite and difficult to dissociate.The gold particles that are easy to dissociate are mostly micro particles or ultrafine particles.In addition,there are clay mineral chlorite and clay like mineral sericite.It is suggested that the concentrator should increase the grinding fineness and adjust the reagent system,focus on the collecting of pyrite and restrain the clay minerals such as chlorite in the ore;The gold concentrate was pretreated by superfine grinding to open the coat of gold particles.
