Comprehensive recovery of gold-bearing copper-molybdenum sulfide ore has always been the key research direction of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.Under the premise of ensuring that the recovery index of copper-molybdenum is not degraded,it is of great significance to develop an efficient recovery process of associated gold and silver for the comprehensive recovery and utilization of gold and silver resources in China.Sichuan Liangshan Lala copper ore as a whole has good selectivity,but in the production process occasionally there will be abnormal phenomena,there will be low copper grade,associated gold and silver grade and recovery rate is low and volatility of refractory copper molybdenum sulfide ore.The raw ore property of this refractory ore is more complex than that of the normal production process sample.Once this kind of ore occurs in the separation process,it will have a great impact on the beneficiation production.The main method for on-site treatment of this kind of ore is to prepare a new production process sample by blending it with the easy-to-be-separated ore.In this paper,the refractory gold-bearing copper-molybdenum sulfide ore in Lala mining area is taken as the main research object,and the process mineralogy characteristics of the refractory ore are studied in detail.Based on the theory of process mineralogy and referring to the field production process,the refractory gold-bearing copper-molybdenum sulfide ore is studied in laboratory.Based on the laboratory test results,the flotation verification test of the field production process sample with amount of the refractory ore is carried out,and the ideal separation index is finally obtained.It provides certain reference value for further improving the technical indexes of copper,molybdenum and associated gold and silver in gold-bearing copper-molybdenum sulfide ore in Lala mining area.The study on process mineralogy characteristics showed that the main useful elements in the ore were copper,molybdenum,gold and silver,and their contents were0.73%,0.091%,0.27g/t and 1.52g/t,respectively.Copper in ores is basically in the form of copper sulfide,of which primary copper sulfide accounts for 89.16%and secondary copper sulfide accounts for 10.84%.The independent minerals of copper are mainly chalcopyrite with a distribution rate of 93.46%.The independent mineral of molybdenum is only molybdenite,and the distribution rate is 91.34%.Gold mainly occurs in the form of independent minerals in natural gold,and the distribution rate is68.09%.There is no independent mineral of silver in the ore,which mainly occurs in natural gold,chalcopyrite,pyrite and magnetite in the form of isomorphism or mechanical mixture.The chalcopyrite in the ore is closely related to metal minerals such as magnetite,pyrite,hematite and molybdenite.The natural gold particle size is very fine,and it is complex with a variety of minerals,which seriously affects the efficient recovery of copper and gold resources.Through the flotation test of refractory ores,based on the on-site production process,it is determined that the rough grinding fineness of-0.074mm accounts for80%,the dosage of coarse lime was 1000g/t,the dosage of butyl yellow was 40g/t,the dosage of ammonium butyl black was 10g/t,the dosage of diesel oil was 120g/t,and the dosage of 2~#oil was 40g/t.Fine lime dosage is 500g/t.Under the condition of scavenging butyl xanthate dosage 5g/t,through the process of two roughing,three cleaning and two scavenging,rough concentrate regrinding and reconcentration,middlings returned in sequence,the copper molybdenum mixed concentrate was finally obtained.The closed-circuit test showed that the optimal copper grade in the mixed concentrate was11.81%,and the recovery rate was 93.50%.The grade of molybdenum is 1.38%and the recovery is 89.69%.The gold grade is 2.74g/t and the recovery is 63.24%.The silver grade is 8.94g/t and the recovery is 25.23%.The field production process sample contains amount of the refractory ore.Using the technical scheme of the refractory ore,the verification test of the field production process sample is obviously better than the results of the flotation test of the original refractory ore.The closed circuit flotation test of the field production process sample shows that the grade of copper,molybdenum,gold and silver in the copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate is 25.854%,2.010%,6.57g/t and27.99g/t,respectively.The recovery rate of copper,molybdenum,gold and silver in the mixed concentrate is96.68%,87.05%,70.92%and 35.99%,respectively.The flotation index is excellent,exceeding the actual production technical index of the concentrator.The field process debugs the amount of lime,and the results show that properly reducing the amount of lime is conducive to improving the grade of valuable metals such as gold and silver in the ore without seriously affecting the recovery index of the main metal copper,which provides a certain guiding value for the comprehensive recovery and utilization of the same type of gold-bearing copper sulfide molybdenum ore.
