| With the transformation and upgrading of China’s tourism industry in the new era,the tourism industry has continuously improved the quality requirements of professional talents.Based on the actual needs,secondary vocational schools are actively reforming and innovating the training mode of tourism professionals.Under the background of the upgrading and transformation of the tourism industry and the reform of secondary vocational education,the performed culture approach,as a new teaching approach with “Culture” and “Performance” as the core,can well fit the current vocational tourism major.The direction of reform and development,so the performed culture approach is introduced into the tourism professional class.Taking the “Tea Art” course of secondary vocational school as an example,the application of performed culture approach in the “Tea Art” course of secondary vocational school is studied.Using the method of literature analysis,classroom observation,interview,questionnaire survey and empirical research method,the application of performance culture approach in secondary vocational “Tea Art” course is studied.Taking a secondary vocational school in Nanning as an example,this paper studies the application of the performed culture approach in the “Tea Art” course.Design and implementation,teaching effect evaluation and reflection are carried out in three parts.First of all,using the literature analysis method,classroom observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the feasibility of performed culture approach in the “Tea Art” course of secondary vocational school.On the one hand,using the method of literature analysis,this study systematically collates the theory of performance culture approach,explains its core concept,connotation,teaching principle and theoretical characteristics,and theoretically analyzes that it is feasible to apply performance culture approach to tea art course on the basis of in-depth understanding of performance culture approach.On the other hand,before the implementation of the teaching,interview the teachers of the course to understand the teaching status of the “Tea Art” course,and investigate the learning status of the class students who meet the conditions for the implementation of the performed culture approach.It is feasible to apply the performed culture approach to the “Tea Art” course.Secondly,based on the feasibility analysis of the application of the performed culture approach to the “Tea Art” course in secondary vocational schools,the experimental method is adopted.The performed culture approach is used in the experimental class for tea art teaching,and the control class is taught by the traditional tea art teaching method.Among them,the tea art teaching in the experimental class is guided by the teaching theory of performance culture,from the setting of teaching objectives,the analysis of teaching objects,the selection of teaching content,the application of teaching methods,and the formulation of teaching evaluation.The “Tea Art” course of secondary vocational school has been designed as a whole,and a month-long performed culture approach was carried out in the “Tea Art” classroom of the experimental class.Taking the special teaching of dark tea art as an example,the performed culture approach was designed and applied to the special teaching plan of dark tea art in the“Tea Art” course of secondary vocational schools,and the implementation process of this teaching approach in the “Tea Art” class was recorded.Finally,after the teaching practice is over,the application effect of performed culture teaching in the secondary vocational “Tea Art” course is analyzed by interviewing the students of the experimental class and comparing the test scores of the experimental class and the control class.Through interviews with the students in the experimental class,it was found that the application of the performed culture approach in the “Tea Art” course of secondary vocational schools can help to improve the students’ attitude towards learning the course,as well as improve the students’ ideological and moral quality,comprehensive cultural quality and professional ability.Using SPSS software to compare the test scores of the experimental class and the control class,it is found that compared with the traditional teaching method,the performed culture approach can effectively improve the students’ knowledge,skills and application ability of tea art.From the perspective of teaching design,teaching process,teaching evaluation,and teaching effect,the teaching reflection on the application of performed culture approach to the “Tea Art” course of secondary vocational schools is carried out to improve teaching practice.The practice shows that the application of the performed culture approach in the secondary vocational “Tea Art” course is feasible and effective,which not only broadens the application research scope of the current performed culture approach,but also provides useful inspiration for the teaching reform of tea art course in secondary vocational schools. |
