Research On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of HD Power Generation Company Under The Background Of "Dual Carbon"

At present,global climate change and environmental protection have become the focus of the international community.In order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,reducing carbon emissions has become an important task worldwide.In this context,the "two-carbon" strategy is put forward to promote the coordinated development of economic development and environmental protection.The power industry is the main source of carbon emissions,so how to evaluate the competitiveness of power companies has become the focus of research.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research literature,and combined with the dual carbon background of HD power generation company’s development status and competitiveness formation mechanism,the research methods and ideas of this paper are established.Firstly,this paper analyzes the competitiveness of HD power generation companies from the perspectives of market demand,industry trend,technological innovation,enterprise resources and management mode,and comprehensively evaluates the competitive advantages and disadvantages of HD power generation companies,so as to clarify the competitive environment and positioning of HD power generation companies.Then the competitiveness evaluation system of HD power generation companies under the background of "dual carbon" is constructed.Based on the analysis of the competitive characteristics of high efficiency energy production enterprises under the "two-carbon" environment,some basic evaluation principles are put forward,namely,the principles of comparability,standardization,objectivity,subjectivity,sustainability and traceability.Based on the four dimensions of operational competitiveness,environmental competitiveness,resource competitiveness and management competitiveness,the competitiveness evaluation index system of HD power generation company under the background of"dual carbon" is constructed,and the specific description of related indicators is given.Finally,through comparative study,the evaluation method of enterprise competitiveness is proposed,the analytic hierarchy process is selected to evaluate the enterprise competitiveness of HD power generation company,the consistency of the weight of each index is tested by constructing and calculating the weight vector of the judgment matrix,and the index is sorted,and on this basis,the combined weight of each index is re-optimized according to the formula.Finally,the overall hierarchy ranking is carried out,and the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion.Based on the real and reliable questionnaire survey results,with the support of relevant theories,this paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies,and constructs and optimizes the competitiveness evaluation system according to the characteristics and technical requirements of HD power generation companies,which can provide guidance and reference for HD power generation companies and other domestic power generation companies to improve their competitiveness.
