With the development of economic globalization,in order to adapt to the market demand and cope with the fierce market competition,many large and medium-sized enterprises choose to change the direction of enterprise development,actively invest in the transformation of operation and finance.The effective development of operation and finance integration can strengthen enterprise process management,increase enterprise risk control ability,improve their own operation,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.The thesis adopts the method of combining theory and practice,through the field research of A Petrochemical Sales Co.,Ltd.,to form an initial optimization plan for the integration of operation and finance.Firstly,the thesis elaborates and analyzes the company’s basic profile,organizational structure,business model,business and financial job contents,and the current status of operation and financial integration.At present,the enterprise has carried out the financial transformation work from financial sharing,organizational structure,comprehensive budget management and other aspects,also has achieved preliminary results.Secondly,based on the preliminary survey results of internal staves,the main problems existing in the process of promoting the integration of operation and finance are collected and analyzed in the thesis: obstacles in the communication of operation and finance integration,simple integration of the system platform building,decentralized mechanism of the operation and finance management,and the lack of interdisciplinary talents in operation and finance integration.These problems lead to the bottleneck of operation and finance integration,which affects the further development of operation and finance integration.Finally,on account of the above questions,combined with the actual situation of the company and the results of existing case studies,the company proposes targeted suggestions from four aspects: strengthening business and financial communication,accelerating the process of system platform construction,establishing a unified business and financial management mechanism,and enhancing the talent pool of operation and finance integration.The thesis analyzes the operation and finance integration plan of A Petrochemical Sales Co.,Ltd.and proposes optimization suggestions to achieve the goal of operation and finance integration,strengthen the consistency and unity of corporate management,and make corporate management more scientific and efficient.The effective allocation of resources will ultimately achieve the ultimate goal of enhancing corporate value,and provide some reference and help for companies in the industry that are ready to try operation and finance integration.
