Application&Optimization For Marine Industry Environmental And Safety Integration Management System

With the developing of world industry,lots of management system,process and evaluation method for safety,environment and health could be referred.Especially over the past 30 years,Chinese scholars,enterprises and science and researcher center as well as agents introduced advanced and matured HSE theories and system,views from abroad,to improve Chinese EHS level to a new bench.Wherein,EHS management of chemical plant industry with foreign capital involving could be deemed as the benchmarking because of its principle,method,standard and staff HSE qualification.And after that,marine engineering and petrochemical enterprises are following its close step due to its huge contractual amount,high science tech and standard.Just against this kind of background,this paper refers to the mature EHS management system of foreign marine engineering and petrochemical enterprises,put forward advice and update new integrated system model for Wison marine engineering company HSE management,so as to burst communication and strong link among different sectors with optimizing EHS management system.By means of theory study,this paper deeply analyzes Wison marine engineering company HSE management integration operation,survey site project data and case as well as key HSE information.To identify current problems and defects and find out solutions regarding to the system.Eg.Design defects and loss for pollution water treatment and painting and blasting shops,functioning of one-line monitoring system,improper dump for industry waste,lack of formality of radiation source application,unapproved diesel station using,metal dusts emission over standard,weak environment campaign and awareness,separation between safety and environment management,etc.Lastly,with considering past experience and relevant theories,solutions are addressed in this paper,building updated new model to integrate safety and environment management system,analyzing its feasibility and necessity and economic feasibility,and also some empirical analysis and verification are conducted as well as followed.There are still lots of problems about HSE and environment management system in Wison yard,some of which need to be fixed via deeper view and solutions,because they seriously limit the development of marketing and international business.Meaning of this paper aims at: improve and optimize HSE and environment management system,address and evaluate current issues,promote HSE performance,reduce cost and ensure all employee’s health,safety and hygiene,improve company’s competition and maximize profit.Meanwhile,reference herein also could be referred by other companies in this sector.
