| Culture is a lifestyle of a group or organization,and corporate culture is the collection of values,ways of thinking and behavior,rules and regulations formed in the process of its development,and has the connotation and characteristics applicable to the enterprise.EH Group is a comprehensive enterprise group,after more than 20 years of development,the enterprise culture construction has a certain foundation,but However,there is still a need to strengthen the construction of spiritual culture and promote innovation.Thesis takes EH Group as the object,conducts a comprehensive study on its corporate culture construction,analyzes the current problems,and proposes optimization ideas,countermeasures and safeguards,which is of certain reference significance to EH Group and similar enterprises.Thesis researches the theories of enterprise culture,enterprise group and innovative enterprise through literature,analyzes the development history of enterprise culture and the current situation of enterprise culture construction of EH Group,and constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise culture construction of EH Group through literature research method and Delphi method,with 26 indexes on spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture.The quantitative evaluation of EH Group’s corporate culture was conducted through hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.From the current situation of EH Group’s corporate culture construction,the overall evaluation score of EH Group’s corporate culture construction is in the middle to upper level,but the scores of each level are not the same,and some indicators have low scores,which reflects that there are some urgent problems in EH Group’s corporate culture construction.At present,the scores of "the company has a clear vision and mission,which can inspire people" and "the company’s development strategy is clear" in the spiritual culture of EH Group are relatively low.The institutional culture score is lower than the overall evaluation score and has the lowest score among the four levels,among which the two lowest scores are about the compensation and performance system and the talent development system,which are also the two lowest scores among all indicators.The behavioral culture score is higher than the overall score,and the scores of all indicators are higher,but there is room for improvement in employee work arrangement or human resource management,as well as in team learning.The physical culture score is lower than the overall evaluation score,and the innovation ability score is lower and ranks the third lowest among all indicators in the four levels,indicating that the company’s innovation ability needs further improvement.The main reasons for the problems are that the refinement of spiritual culture is not specific enough,the management mechanism gives absolute priority to business,not enough attention is paid to human resource management,and the innovative enterprise construction is not clear enough.Finally,the optimization ideas,countermeasures and safeguards for the construction of corporate culture are proposed in the light of the actual situation of EH Group and relevant theories such as innovative enterprise.The research of thesis will help EH Group further optimize the construction of corporate culture,as well as have some reference value for the construction of corporate culture of similar companies. |
