| Since 2020,there have been two major "black swan" events in the world,one is the COVID-19 epidemic,and the other is the cliff-like drop in international oil prices.Because of these two elements,oil and gas industry need to face the challenge.In addition,when the price crisis come to the whole industry,geophysical exploration investment as a cost expenditure of oil companies,bears the brunt of the reduction plan.For company,it is very emergency to find the way to solve he problem,and keep the company’s strength.For example,how can the company stand out? How can the company take advantage of its strength.This paper takes X Geophysical Exploration Company as an example to illustrate my opinion.Firstly,in order to get the facts,we have the research from the 122 employees.From the research,we find that The X Geophysical Exploration Company had these six problems.1.the current organizational structure does not meet the enterprise’s development strategy;2.it took a long time to illiterate one plan with different department.3.the management chain is too long to transmit information smoothly;4.the communication ability between horizontal levels is weak;there are too many departments and unclear responsibilities;5.The allocation of resources among divisions is not reasonable;6.The organizational structure restricts the construction of talent team.Secondly,in order to solve these problems,company had a deep communication with the 46 employees.This paper is based on the theory of organizational structure optimization,focusing on the actual situation of X Geophysical Exploration Company,and puts forward optimization schemes for each level.Firstly,optimization plan for the management departments and offices of the organ:reorganize the responsibilities of the departments and offices of the organ,integrate the departments with similar business through the method of horizontal compression,and finally compress the 17 departments and offices to 11;Secondly,optimization scheme of production guarantee unit: the geophysicists of the company are assigned to the acquisition technology center for management,the training center establishes a vocational skill appraisal station,the automobile service center is merged into the base service center for management,and the HSE supervision center establishes a northwest workstation and works in Sichuan and Chongqing;Thirdly,Production unit optimization scheme: cancel the level of the business division,upgrade the geophysical prospecting team to a secondary unit,establish four engineering centers as secondary units,and re-set posts and responsibilities for each secondary production unit.Finally,in order to eliminate or reduce the resistance that will be faced in the implementation of the optimization scheme,the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.The optimized design scheme of this subject,on the one hand,serves as a strong reference for the continuous optimization of the organizational structure of X Geophysical Exploration Company,on the other hand,it also has a certain practical guiding significance for other companies in the geophysical industry. |
