Research On Safety Evaluation Of General Port Terminal

The port is a gathering point and transportation hub along the sea,river,lake and reservoir.It is a place for ships to berth,load and unload goods,get on and off passengers and supplement supplies.It is an essential transfer station between sea and land.It plays a great role in promoting the overall economic strength of the city and even the level of regional development.Relevant data show that almost all the top ten cities in the world are port cities,and about half of the world’s wealth is concentrated in port cities.Port is a system with huge style and complex structure,wide range of interests and huge investment.The port industry has strong economic divergence and guidance,and plays a significant role in stimulating local development and radiating the surrounding economy.As a kind of port terminal classification,port general terminal has strong universality of goods and complex security risks,so the research on its security evaluation is of great significance.Through consulting the literature,it can be seen that the research on the safety evaluation of port general terminal operation in China is not systematic at this stage,especially the targeted research facing the Bohai Sea area is relatively few,which needs further research and sorting.Based on the concept of security development in the new era,through the identification and evaluation of the security risk factors of port general-purpose terminal operation in the Bohai Rim region,this study deeply excavates the key risk points affecting the safe operation of port general-purpose terminal in the Bohai Rim region,divides its security into three levels and carries out interval assignment,and comprehensively selects the research methods such as literature analysis method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,From the three aspects of natural safety,operation safety and management safety,this paper establishes the operation safety evaluation model of port general wharf around the Bohai Sea,determines the weight of three-level index risk factors,brings it into the model,evaluates the safety of phase I of general wharf of Tangshan Caofeidian H company,and puts forward practical opinions and suggestions.The scope of safety evaluation in this study is the operation stage,which provides a new choice for the safety evaluation in the operation process of port general terminal,and hopes to provide some valuable safety evaluation references for port general terminal managers in the future.Figure 2;Table 29;Reference 53...
