Ecological Marxist Critique Of Technology

In the modern,the progress of science has provided the technology to develop the economy and producted the new natural view,which has changed the understanding of the relationship between man and nature and made the idea that nature belongs to human.Influenced by this thought,human use the nature beyond control,want get more resources.With time going by,technology is widely used in the life and changing the world.But,it is gradually alienated and no longer a tool that change the world,is becoming a helper of capitalism.Technology promotes the development of production and worsens the ecological crisis.When faced with environmental problems,ecological marxism focused on the ecological crisis of western society,analyzed the relationship among people,technology,nature and society,and put forward the practical methods and ecological socialism,formed the ecological marxist critique of technology.This paper focuses on ecological marxist critique of technology,introduces the background and theoretical origin,puts forward value and limitations.Then,this paper explores the enlightenment to the construction of ecological civilization in China,helps realize the dream of beautiful China.
