Research On Natural Gas Cooperation Strategy Between China And ASEAN Under A Community Of Shared Future

Energy is an important material basis for social progress.With the continuous development of the “Belt and Road” construction and the deepening of the concept of a community of shared future,strengthening international energy cooperation has become one of the focus and hot issues of all walks of life in the new era.Therefore,tapping the potential of regional natural gas cooperation and exploring and innovating international natural gas cooperation paths,strategies and methods have important theoretical and practical significance for deepening China-ASEAN natural gas cooperation,accelerating the construction of an energy "community of destiny" and co-building regional energy security.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this thesis constructs an evaluation index system to measure the current situation of China-ASEAN natural gas cooperation on the basis of combing the core factors affecting China-ASEAN natural gas cooperation.Through in-depth analysis of the potential of natural gas cooperation between China and ASEAN,the evolutionary game model of natural gas energy cooperation between China and ASEAN is constructed.On this basis,the path,mode and method of future natural gas cooperation between the two sides are further explored,and the policy direction and related countermeasures to deepen cooperation between the two sides are discussed.Research shows that:(1)The natural gas cooperation between China and ASEAN is mainly affected by core factors such as political economy,resource endowment,environmental governance level,capital and technology,strong interference from major countries,and institutional mechanism culture.The evolutionary game results of natural gas cooperation strategies show that the strong willingness of natural gas cooperation between China and ASEAN in the future is mainly affected by five key factors: cost,income,government incentives,default cost and regional cooperation organizations.(2)The results of the comprehensive evaluation of China-ASEAN natural gas cooperation foundation and cooperation barriers show that the natural gas cooperation foundation and cooperation status are not the same.In general,it is believed that China has better prospects for natural gas cooperation with Brunei,Indonesia and Malaysia and based on this analysis,the main modes of natural gas cooperation between China and ASEAN countries are discussed.(3)It also puts forward policy suggestions such as strengthening intergovernmental exchanges and cooperation,actively building regional energy cooperation platforms,tapping cooperation potential,innovating natural gas cooperation modes and methods,actively carrying out the construction of natural gas channels,and making full use of the Belt and Road platform to actively improve the institutional mechanism of natural gas cooperation between China and ASEAN,so as to provide important reference for natural gas cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.This thesis enriches the objectives,connotations,models and approaches of China-ASEAN natural gas cooperation under the framework of "Belt and Road" and regional energy "Destiny Community",consolidates the basis of regional energy cooperation and helps accelerate the realization of the regional natural gas "Destiny Community" goal.
