With the liberate of the "Guiding Opinions on Hastening the Intelligent Development of Coal Mines" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other ministries,the equipment technology innovation of the coal industry,as well as the support of policies and capital investment,the process of coal intelligence has steadily advanced,the degree of mechanization and automation has been greatly improved,and the level of coal mine safety management has been steadily improved.However,the frequent transfer of front-line workers in coal mines and the accelerated elimination of backward equipment have brought serious challenges to the management of mining personnel,the pressure adaptation mechanism of miners,and the formulation of new accident prevention procedures.In order to study the mechanism of the unsafe behavior of miners under the background of intelligent change,based on the theory of work pressure evaluation,subjective happiness and psychological toughness,this paper constructs a theoretical model of miners’ work pressure,subjective happiness,psychological toughness and miners’ unsafe behavior,and selects a total of 458 front-line personnel in 5 mining areas of Lu’an Group who are still in the early stage of intelligence as research objects and conducts questionnaire investigation and research.From the background of the impact of the intelligent change environment of coal mines on miners,the paper demonstrates the generation scenario of miners’ work pressure and the impact mechanism on unsafe behavior,and proposes corresponding management countermeasures for coal mine safety management,enhances coal mine managers’ attention to miners’ work pressure and mental health,and improves the intelligent stage personnel management mechanism,so as to ensure the safety of miners’ lives.The research contents of the paper mainly include: First,on the basis of the study of relevant scales at home and abroad,the measurement scale for the work pressure of miners,subjective happiness,unsafe behavior and psychological resilience is designed.Second,the preliminary reliability and validity analysis of each scale designed by pre-survey is carried out to detect the validity of the questionnaire.Third,through field surveys,online questionnaires and other means to collect miners’ work pressure,subjective well-being,psychological resilience and unsafe behavior of subjective data.Fourth,using SPSS 26.0,Mplus 8.3 and other software to carry out reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis,verification factor analysis,etc.on the formal questionnaire data,while establishing structural equation models for correlation analysis,mediation,and regulation effect analysis,and obtaining hypothesis test results.Fifth,according to the results of theoretical research and hypothesis testing,combined with the actual situation,suggestions for improvement are put forward to the management of coal mining enterprises in the stage of intelligent change.The results of the paper show that there is work pressure on miners in the context of intelligent change,and work pressure is still an important cause of unsafe behavior of miners.In the direct model,miner work pressure has a significant positive effect on miner unsafe behavior and a significant negative impact on subjective well-being,while subjective wellbeing has a significant negative impact on miner unsafe behavior.Subjective happiness plays an intermediary role in the impact of miner work pressure on miners’ unsafe behavior,in the intermediary model,miner work pressure can either directly and significantly positively act on miners’ unsafe behavior,or indirectly positively act on miners’ unsafe behavior through the mediation of subjective happiness(positive emotions,negative emotions,life satisfaction).Among them,negative emotions positively affect miners’ unsafe behavior,and positive emotions and life satisfaction negatively affect miners’ unsafe behavior.There is a significant regulatory effect in the direct path effect of miner work pressure on miners’ subjective happiness,and psychological toughness not only plays a significant positive regulatory role between positive emotions and negative emotions in the three dimensions of subjective happiness,but also can significantly regulate the relationship between miners’ work pressure,subjective happiness and miners’ unsafe behavior.When the level of psychological resilience of miners is high,the positive effect of miners’ work pressure indirectly affecting miners’ unsafe behavior through subjective happiness will be significantly reduced,but when the level of psychological toughness of miners is low,miners’ work pressure will pass.The positive effect of subjective well-being indirectly influencing miners’ unsafe behavior increases significantly.The above research results confirm that there is still new work pressure on miners during the intelligent transformation,which has an impact on miners’ unsafe behavior,and to a certain extent,the mechanism between miners’ work pressure,subjective happiness,psychological resilience and unsafe behavior is clarified.At the same time,because the work pressure of miners is the impact of the management system and organizational reorganization during the intelligent change,while the manager improves the management system and overcomes the difficulties brought about by the reform,the existence of the subjective happiness mediation effect and the psychological resilience adjustment effect also provides a strategic idea for the manager to alleviate the impact of work pressure and unsafe behavior on production.Therefore,according to the empirical results,this paper proposes that coal mining enterprises should optimize the management system and clarify the functions of the post to reduce the internal problems of the organization and reduce the work pressure of the miners caused by it;carry out skills training,improve the working ability of miners,reduce the pressure of miners from an individual perspective,alleviate individual negative emotions;pay attention to the subjective happiness of miners,effectively enhance the happiness experience of miners,reduce the negative emotions of miners,and improve their life satisfaction,which is conducive to reducing miners’ unsafe behavior and preventing coal mine safety accidents.As well as achieving sustainable development of coal mines;improving the psychological resilience of miners,and actively carrying out psychological resilience assessment so that they can actively cope with work pressure and their own negative state.
