Study On Eco-tourism Resources Value Evaluation In Qinghai Lake Wetland Based On Based On Benefit Transfer Method

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s income level and the enhancement of life quality requirements,the demand for outdoor tourism is constantly rising,but it also brings a series of serious resource waste and environmental pollution problems,so it is becoming more and more important to evaluate the value of tourism resources.In addition,some local governments do not hesitate to sacrifice the environment in order to achieve short-term economic development,resulting in the continuous decline of ecological resources,and it will be difficult to meet people’s huge demand for tourism resources in the long run.It can be seen that under the multiple pressures of global population growth,environmental pollution and declining natural resources,the value assessment of ecotourism resources is of great significance to the protection of tourism resources and environment,and has become the key to the sustainable development of tourism economy at present.Theoretically,the traditional cost-benefit method can be used to analyze how to rationally allocate ecotourism resources and maximize the benefits.Due to the complexity and difficulty of estimating non-market resource price in practice,it cannot be determined simply by market supply and demand.In foreign countries,the research content of resource value assessment has been relatively perfect,and the research methods tend to be systematic.However,under the conditions of limited time and cost,especially when field research cannot be carried out one by one,there is a more appropriate assessment Method--Benefit Transfer Method.Meta-analysis is the most promising method among the benefit transfer methods.This method can obtain information from a large number of original empirical studies and make the process of benefit transfer more scientific and effective.For the differences between different empirical studies in wetland type,service type,wetland area,beneficiary population,per capita GDP and research time,meta-analysis can take them as variables,thus relaxing the requirement of high similarity between research sites and policy sites.This method has become the focus of attention in the field of ecological resource value assessment at home and abroad.After searching a large number of empirical studies on eco-tourism resource value assessment of different types and regions of wetlands using benefit transfer method,this paper establishes benefit transfer database and regression model,evaluates the eco-tourism resource value of Qinghai Lake wetland based on Meta analysis,and conducts validity test.The research results show that the benefit transfer method is an effective resource value evaluation method,and can be used as an effective reference to the development and project decision-making of ecological tourism resources in a certain extent,and an effective supplement and expansion to the evaluation method of resource and environment value.Bringing eco-tourism resources into the category of assets evaluation and using benefit transfer method to evaluate their non-market value is conducive to the development of tourism resources and project decision-making.It is an expansion of traditional assets evaluation methods and in line with the trend of development and innovation of assets evaluation in the new era.In addition,it is of great significance to enhance the concept and understanding of "valuable natural resources",promote the reasonable estimation and extensive attention to the value of Qinghai Lake wetland tourism resources,and formulate local tourism management measures and reasonable development of tourist scenic spots.
