Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Ecological Environment Law Enforcement

Ecological civilization construction is related to the sustainable development of the country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ecological civilization construction has become an increasingly important focus in urban development.However,as the process of urban modernization accelerates,the contradiction between economic and social development and environmental carrying capacity is increasingly prominent.How to fully utilize the "sword" of ecological environment law enforcement to safeguard the environmental rights and interests of the people,and continuously improve the quality of the ecological environment,is a topic worthy of our serious research.This article takes Chenggong District,Kunming City as an example,using case analysis,survey questionnaires and other methods.Combining the current economic and social development and the status of ecological environment law enforcement in Chenggong District,the study found that there are many difficulties in grassroots ecological environment law enforcement work,including weak law enforcement,lack of modern means,unclear functions due to local interference,and low degree of cooperation between enterprises and citizens.The root causes lie in inadequate law enforcement guarantees,imperfect law enforcement systems,inadequate law enforcement supervision mechanisms,and insufficient law enforcement publicity.To address these issues,the article proposes that grassroots governments can improve ecological environment law enforcement work by strengthening law enforcement team building,constructing an efficient law enforcement system,establishing a sound law enforcement feedback mechanism,and strengthening law enforcement propaganda and education,drawing on the experiences and insights of other regions in China.
