Research On The Financial Sharing Mode Of X Company Under The Background Of Digital Intelligence

In recent years,with the widespread application of new information technologies such as big data and cloud computing in society,as well as the continuous development and improvement of artificial intelligence,information processing has gradually transitioned towards digitization and intelligence,and the era of "digital intelligence" economy has gradually arrived.Relying on the efficient and convenient processing of information data,the sharing concept is increasingly penetrating into various well-known fields.Since ZTE established its first domestic financial sharing service center in 2005,more and more domestic enterprises have started to apply the financial sharing service model relying on the convenience of informatization.The concept and use of financial sharing have gradually been promoted in China.The application of the financial shared service model in enterprises requires not only the participation and support of business departments,but also a comprehensive data platform capable of collecting,approving,transmitting,storing,updating and maintaining electronic data information,as well as presenting interactive interfaces.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing has provided enormous information system convenience support for financial sharing.An efficient digital information environment provides great convenience for the construction of financial shared service platforms,as well as data processing,transmission,and analysis.However,there are still some problems in the actual construction and use of enterprises.In this study,the construction of X Company’s financial sharing center was analyzed,and comprehensive analysis,interview,and field research methods were used for in-depth investigation and research.It was found that the company’s completed financial sharing center can initially achieve standardization of financial management processes,reduce work pressure on grassroots financial staff,and improve the efficiency of financial departments,achieving a certain degree of integration between industry and finance.However,according to interviews and research,the company still faces problems such as severe centralization of financial management,incomplete implementation of management business,existing management functions that cannot meet the company’s business needs,and insignificant utilization of financial data.Through comprehensive analysis and interview argumentation,it is believed that the reasons for the above phenomenon in the company are due to insufficient consideration of the "digital intelligence" characteristics in financial system construction,insufficient information data security technology,talent shortage,and ineffective development of data mining systems.In response to the above issues,combined with relevant theories,this study proposes the following suggestions:(1)establish a strategic financial center to promote the development of shared functions with strategic objectives;(2)Improve the basic functions of sharing mode,optimize and upgrade business process reengineering;(3)Utilizing technologies such as intelligence and big data to tap into the potential value added of shared centers;(4)Strengthen information system control;(5)Strengthen the introduction and training of high-quality financial sharing talents.Company X selected in this paper is the earliest coalbed methane mining enterprise in China,with rich experience in operation and management in the field of unconventional natural gas.After experiencing from stand-alone accounting software to full-service ERP software,Company X began to promote and implement the financial sharing business,and actively integrated into the financial sharing service of its group company after solving the constraints of personnel and office environment.The research content of this paper enriches the optimization research of the financial sharing mode in the coalbed methane industry,helps to strengthen the research on the development direction of enterprise financial sharing under the digital and intelligent information environment,and provides reference and inspiration for the sustainable development and improvement of enterprise financial sharing mode.
