Enterprise culture is the foundation of enterprise management to maintain progressiveness,plays an important role in the development of enterprises,and is an element of enterprises’ sustainable development momentum.Since its development and construction,L Oil Production Plant has been in a leading position as the main oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield.However,the current international oil price continues to decline,and the industry is facing a lack of resource replacement and a decline in development efficiency.Especially as a key unit in the reform of the "oil company" model in Daqing Oilfield,how to establish a culture with enterprise characteristics,enhance the cohesion of the internal employee team and the external market competitiveness of the enterprise,while overcoming problems such as insufficient internal motivation of employees and insufficient soft power of corporate culture,Becoming an important issue that urgently needs to be studied and judged at L Oil Production Plant.On the basis of clarifying the background,research purpose,and significance of the topic,this article summarizes and organizes the overall situation of research on corporate culture both domestically and internationally by analyzing and studying relevant materials on corporate culture;Clarified the concept,role,and connotation of corporate culture construction,and briefly introduced the four level structure theory and OCQ scale based on the Dension organizational culture model.By collecting data on the cultural construction of L Oil Production Plant,and fully considering the current policy and political environment,the development status of L Oil Production Plant,and the psychological state of L Oil Production Plant’s employees,this paper analyzes the overview of L Oil Production Plant from five aspects: geographical location,employee situation,organizational structure,development principles,and management overview.From the perspective of start-up Analyzed the development process of corporate culture in three historical stages of promotion and innovation;This article analyzes the current situation of corporate culture construction in L Oil Production Plant from four aspects: material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture,and spiritual culture.Based on the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,the problems in the construction of corporate culture in L Oil Production Plant were systematically analyzed from four levels: material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture,and spiritual culture.The reasons were analyzed,and combined with the situation and causes of the problems in the construction of corporate culture in L Oil Production Plant,countermeasures were proposed to optimize the construction of corporate culture in L Oil Production Plant from four levels of corporate culture,To promote the improvement of the enterprise culture construction level of L Oil Production Plant,stimulate the creativity and vitality of the oil production plant,promote the formation of cohesion and centripetal force within the staff team,and gradually become the guiding ideology and action guidelines for the future development of L Oil Production Plant,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of L Oil Production Plant.The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for the optimization and improvement of corporate culture construction in L Oil Production Plant.
