Research On Optimization Of Warehouse Management In Company A Based On Flexsim

With the rapid development of social economy,more and more manufacturing enterprises are emerging,and enterprises should not only meet the needs of customers,but also ensure that their total cost is not too high.Therefore,warehouse management has become an increasingly important aspect of manufacturing enterprises’ ability to reduce their operating costs.A manufacturing enterprise is inseparable from production,and production is inseparable from storage.Warehousing management plays an important role in cost control of manufacturing enterprises.Warehousing management can directly reflect the benefits of enterprises.Effective and reasonable warehouse management can greatly reduce enterprise costs and increase enterprise profits.Taking Company A as the research object,this thesis studies its warehousing management.Firstly,it explains the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad.On this basis,the theoretical knowledge of warehouse management and lean management is expounded.Then,the general situation of Company A is introduced,and the existing problems are found by analyzing the current situation of warehousing management of Company A.To solve these problems,6S management,TPM management and lean training of employees have been implemented from the perspective of lean management.Use program analysis and ABC classification to optimize;From the point of view of warehouse operation process,this thesis analyzes the program,and puts forward the introduction of RFID radio frequency technology and rational distribution of personnel.Aiming at the layout problem,the SLP method is used to optimize the warehouse layout.Finally,with the help of Flexsim simulation software,the data of Company A are collected,and through the analysis of the warehousing process of Company A before and after optimization,it is found that the number of products in and out of the warehouse has increased from 1309 before optimization to 1647 after optimization,which has increased by 25.82%,greatly improving the warehousing efficiency of Company A,and also verifying the rationality and feasibility of the optimization scheme.
