| The power consumption of coal preparation is the main component of the power consumption of coal preparation production,and the traditional coal preparation production mode has not kept up with the changes of the times.How to reduce the power consumption of enterprises in the production process,explore the best business mode to reduce the power consumption index of the coal preparation industry and achieve low-carbon green operation,under the premise of ensuring product quality and coal preparation production efficiency,is one of the main problems faced in the coal preparation production.Based on the domestic and foreign technology research and application of production line balance and modeling and simulation,this thesis mainly studies and analyzes the current coal preparation industry production mode,comprehensive power consumption and unit energy consumption level.Taking the lean management of comprehensive energy consumption of Fucun coal preparation plant as the research object,aiming at the status quo of transport equipment imbalance,large coefficient value,low control level of main separation system and intelligent separation,and poor load driving and regulation flexibility in the design specification of coal preparation plant,the stable operation of heavy medium tight control system and load tracking regulation are realized.This thesis also studies the process control based on production balance and the lean decision support system based on the lean management and control platform.Based on the actual investigation and data collection of Fucun coal preparation plant,this thesis analyzes the key links of high energy consumption in Fucun coal preparation plant.The intelligent control of lighting system is realized by studying and analyzing the lighting system with high non-production power consumption.By optimizing the production process of the production line and using the intelligent judgment process production status,the "forward(reverse)coal flow joint start(stop)" mode is realized instead of the traditional "reverse coal flow start(start),forward coal flow stop" mode of centralized production control.Combined with the actual coal quality on site,the optimal amount of raw coal to be washed and the output of three products are predicted through multi-dimensional and multi-level analysis.By optimizing the heavy medium separation density control system,the stable production capacity and numerical quality efficiency of the system were determined.By optimizing the control strategy,the multi-stage load follow-up control is realized.Through the optimization and improvement of lighting management system,production line process,transportation equipment configuration,heavy media and dense control system,the lean power consumption management cloud platform is established.Based on Flexsim simulation analysis and evaluation,the comprehensive power consumption of coal preparation was controlled and managed,and the management method and application system for building a low carbon environmental protection coal preparation plant with high yield and high efficiency were constructed.Based on perfect lean management methods,this study realizes horizontal and vertical power consumption control,carries out big data analysis and management,and achieves comprehensive power consumption monitoring from high-level decision-making to low-level operation and maintenance,and verifies the operation effect of the improved system. |
