In the operating system where humans still play a major role,operation comfort not only affects the feeling at work of workers,but also the operational efficiency of the system.Therefore,conducting research from a human factors perspective during the initial stages of system design is crucial.With the goal of improving the operation comfort of workers in the process of processing key component X,and thereby improve the efficiency of system production,based relevant theories,through theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and comprehensive evaluation,the production process is simulated and analyzed,and the operation comfort of the workers in the process is comprehensively evaluated,the main studies are as follows.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current production and processing status of X parts.On the basis of the unchanged design of fixture and cathode function in the test stage,the whole processing equipment is optimized and improved in array,so that it can complete multiple workpiece processing in one feed,and then improve the production efficiency of the parts.The disassembly and assembly simulation of the design model is carried out in DELMIA software.The feasibility of disassembly and assembly is analyzed and the optimal disassembly and assembly path is determined.Secondly,based on the motion analysis theory,the actual operation task is decomposed into the element layer,and the operation hierarchy diagram is established.Based on the actual operation process,the standard working hours of each operation unit are determined by the model scheduling method.Based on the defined job hierarchy and standard working hours,a virtual job environment was built,virtual job tasks were created,simulated and analysed in DELMIA.Finally,according to the actual operation characteristics,the influencing factors of operation comfort of operators are analyzed from three aspects: man-machine-environment,and the evaluation system of operation comfort evaluation is constructed.The indicators of comfort evaluation are analyzed one by one,and specific implementation methods of each indicators are determined.Based on the indicators data,under AHP,EWM and AHP-EWM comprehensive weighting method,the measured value of the indicators is taken as the reference sequence and the standard value of the indicators is taken as the comparison sequence.The operation comfort of the workers is comprehensively evaluated by the grey correlation analysis method,and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward for the indicator items with low correlation degree.
