In recent years,with the continuous change of the international situation,our country aviation industry is also constantly developing.The requirement for aero-engines and other aviation parts is growing at an extremely fast rate with the changes in the market.However,due to domestic processing technology,the production capacity of existing production lines cannot meet the needs of orders.This paper mainly studies the casing processing production line of H company,optimizes the balance of the production line,and theoretically verifies the improvement effect of the production line efficiency after the replacement of traditional processing by CNC electrolytic processing.In order to verify the remote collaborative manufacturing and production,the layout planning of NC electrochemical machining equipment in the experimental site is carried out.In addition,considering the increasing number of orders under special circumstances,this paper simulates the expansion of CNC electrolytic processing production scale to meet the demand of orders.In this paper,the ECRS method in industrial engineering is used to analyze the original production line,find out the key problems affecting the production efficiency and improve it.Then,the double population genetic algorithm is used to optimize the production line.Flexsim software is used to simulate the optimal production line under the two methods,and the operation results are analyzed.By comparing the production line balance rate and production line capacity,the best improvement method is obtained.Secondly,due to the constraints of the existing venues,it is necessary to carry out experiments in the experimental sites in colleges and universities to verify the feasibility of CNC electrochemical machining.In this paper,the SLP method in industrial engineering is used to plan the layout of experimental equipment.The logistics,non-logistics and comprehensive correlation between equipment are analyzed respectively,and the layout scheme of equipment is obtained.Then,based on the improved genetic algorithm of SLP,a new layout scheme is obtained,and the best layout is determined by comparing the two.Then,the production situation of the production line after replacing the traditional processing with numerical control electrochemical machining is simulated.Use Anylogic simulation software to simulate remote collaborative production.The simulation results show that the remote collaborative production is feasible in the case of less orders.Finally,considering the sharp increase of aircraft engine orders under the background of local conflicts in the future,by expanding the scale of CNC electrochemical machining,and based on Anylogic software,the production situation under the sudden increase of orders is simulated,which provides a certain theoretical basis for enterprises to cope with the production situation in wartime in the future. |
