Investigation Report On Rural Domestic Waste Management In Wafangdian Cit

With the continuous promotion of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the pace of building a new countryside,the quality of life of farmers has greatly improved,and the overall economic strength of rural areas has continuously strengthened.With the improvement of farmers’ living standards,the amount of domestic waste in rural areas has also become more and more.For a long time,due to the imperfect domestic waste treatment system in rural areas of China,the waste treatment effect has been poor,and the rural environment is deteriorating day by day,which has hindered the construction of beautiful villages.Due to the separation of urban and rural areas in the public service system for waste management,rural areas are unable to respond to the challenges of waste management,making it difficult to achieve urban-rural integration.With the increasing attention paid by the country to the issues of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",the rural economy of Wafangdian City has achieved significant development,the quality of life of farmers has been improved,and domestic waste has also increased.At this stage,the rural domestic waste treatment system of Wafangdian City is in the stage of improvement.The problem of the service system for rural waste treatment has been solved,and waste treatment measures have been implemented to build a beautiful countryside and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,Promoting rural development in Wafangdian City has practical significance.Through research and analysis,based on sustainable development theory,public governance theory,and new public management theory,using research methods such as literature analysis,interview,and questionnaire survey,combined with the current rural domestic waste treatment system in Wafangdian City,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural domestic waste treatment in Wafangdian City.Based on the first-hand data obtained through a questionnaire survey,the analysis found that there are currently related issues in Wafangdian City in terms of rural domestic waste treatment,such as a single main body of domestic waste treatment,difficulty in reducing domestic waste,policies that do not fall to the bottom,and villagers’ lack of environmental awareness.In order to promote the effective solution of the problem of rural domestic waste treatment in Wafangdian City,this article has conducted a specific analysis of the causes of the relevant problems,and then combined with the practical needs of rural domestic waste treatment in Wafangdian City,put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions in terms of domestic waste treatment mechanism,waste collection and treatment system,relevant policies and regulations,and villagers’ ideological education.The relevant research in this article combines theory with practice,follows the horizontal research route of discovering,analyzing,and solving problems,fully combines the practical needs of Wafangdian’s rural domestic waste treatment,and proposes solutions.This has certain practical guiding significance for the improvement of Wafangdian’s rural domestic waste treatment system and countermeasures,and can also provide experience for the treatment of domestic waste in other regions.
