| with the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of urbanization is accelerating.With the rapid increase of construction waste,how to reduce,recycle and make construction waste harmless has become a problem that our country must face to adhere to the path of sustainable development.The rapid development of PPP mode in China provides a solution to the problems in the construction waste recycling industry.This paper aims to get the correct risk sharing value.Through the identification of risk and the construction of model,the optimal solution is obtained,and the optimal risk sharing scheme is proposed,which provides a solution to the risk problems of the project.Firstly,the construction waste recycling project under PPP mode is deeply analyzed,and the research object is defined in combination with the project itself.The target risk is preliminarily identified by HHM method,and then the preliminary risk factors are filtered and screened according to the results obtained by the expert scoring method to determine the final list of risk factors.Secondly,on the basis of identifying and filtering the project risks and obtaining the final list of risk factors,a risk sharing model based on Shapley value is established.And analyze the model,modify the model results,and finally get the appropriate risk model.Using the obtained risk model,determine the shared direction of the risk factors of the project,and determine the proportional relationship between each part.Analyze the risk factors under PPP mode in detail to determine the final value.Finally,taking the construction waste recycling project in City C as an example,using the above risk sharing model and taking the risk of imperfect supervision system as an example,the risk proportion of both parties involved in the project is calculated,the optimal scheme is designed,and specific suggestions are given for the problems encountered.The paper has 9 pictures,29 tables,86 references... |
