Research On Influencing Factors And Action Mechanism Of Enterprise Green Building Technology Integrated Innovation Capability

According to statistics,in recent years,China’s construction industry carbon emissions are high,large energy consumption;Under the "double carbon" goal,the green transformation of construction enterprises is urgent;The integrated innovation ability of green building technology is the core ability of green transformation and sustainable development of construction enterprises.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to systematically study the connotation,influencing factors,mechanism of influencing factors and growth path of integrated innovation ability of green building technology of enterprises.Firstly,the connotation of green building technology integration innovation and enterprise green building technology integration innovation ability are defined based on technology innovation theory,technology integration innovation theory and capability theory,and five dimensions of enterprise green building technology integration innovation ability are proposed.Secondly,literature research,expert interview,questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis were used to construct an influencing factor index system consisting of 5principal component factors,including external innovation environment,green innovation intention,organizational management,innovation R&D investment and integrated technology management,and 22 specific influencing factors.The structural equation model is used to explore the effect mechanism of influencing factors on the integrated innovation ability of green building technology of construction enterprises.Based on this,the paper further analyzes the process of capacity growth based on the life cycle theory,and puts forward the key strategies to promote capacity growth from the perspectives of construction enterprises,governments and industries.Taking construction enterprises as the research object,this paper concretized the abstract concept of integrated innovation ability of green building technology of construction enterprises,explored the key factors affecting the growth of capacity,proposed the ability improvement strategy for reference,promoted the high efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise innovation work,and promoted the green transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.It also provides a theoretical reference for relevant government departments to improve the innovation management mechanism and formulate innovation policies,and promotes the rapid development of green building in China.
