Our Country Environmental Protection Interview System Research

In the environment and energy problems are becoming more and more serious nowadays,protecting the ecological environment has become one of the important tasks in our country.Therefore,how to establish an environmental management and protection system that meets the needs of both timely and efficient environmental protection work and service-oriented government has become the subject of academic concern.As a new means of environmental law enforcement,the environmental protection interview system takes the flexible interview as the power point of environmental protection,puts the administrative organs in a contradictory relationship with their administrative counterparts on an equal footing,and establishes environmental rectification agreements in line with the wishes of both sides through democratic consultation,so as to promote win-win cooperation between the two sides.It plays an important role in the field of environmental law enforcement.As the environmental protection interview system breaks through the traditional way of environmental law enforcement,it has great advantages in vigorously promoting the construction of service-oriented government,preventing environmental problems,and promoting the cooperation of relevant personnel and mobilizing the interviewees to protect the environment,which makes the system widely used.However,the theoretical circle has a controversial understanding of its concept,attribute,implementation and effect.In practice,there are also problems such as insufficient legislative basis,low legislative level of legal documents and institutional structure still need to be improved.These problems directly restrict the implementation and long-term performance of the environmental protection interviewing system.From this aspect,in order to promote the legalization of the system of environmental protection,the research of the system has positive theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above considerations,this paper mainly focuses on the following four aspects: the first part is the establishment of the environmental protection interview system.Mainly introduces the definition,legal property,function,legal basis and system constitution of our country’s environmental protection interview system.The second part is the observation and comparison of environmental protection interview system.The water resources problems in Yunnan Province,Jiangsu Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region are compared and the contents of inspiration are put forward.The third part discusses the realistic dilemma of environmental protection interview system.Mainly observe the environmental protection interview system legislation...
