Research On The Path Of Intrinsic Safety Improvement Of Power Generation Enterprises

With the rapid development of the national economy,the power generation industry,as a pillar industry related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,the intrinsic safety of power generation enterprises has been paid more and more attention.In order to prevent personal injury accidents,equipment accidents,and various electrical safety incidents,innovative and intrinsic safety management is necessary to achieve systematic and digitized safety management system.The current safety management mode has limited effect,and it is unable to meet the higher safety management pursuit of power generation enterprises.It is urgent to re-select advanced safety management concepts and methods.On the basis of defining the connotation characteristics and working mechanism of intrinsic safety combined with the characteristics of safety production and management objectives of power generation enterprises,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of intrinsic safety management of power generation enterprises,puts forward the ways to improve the level of intrinsic safety management of power generation enterprises,and constructs the evaluation system of intrinsic safety of power generation enterprises.An intrinsic safety enterprise is selected as a case to be evaluated empirically.Finally,based on the above research results,corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper expounds the background and research significance of the topic,collates the relevant domestic and foreign research literature on intrinsic safety,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of intrinsic safety,puts forward the elements and working mechanism of intrinsic safety system,and summarizes the necessity and feasibility of intrinsic safety management of power generation enterprises.(2)Summarize the characteristics of safety production management of power generation enterprises,analyze the intrinsic safety management objectives of power generation enterprises,and propose that power generation enterprises should construct intrinsic safety management ideas from aspects such as personnel,equipment,and environment.First,enterprises should have a sound and feasible management system and management process to ensure that intrinsic safety management is fully implemented in practice;second,enterprises should improve the working environment and eliminate the unsafe factors on site.Third,enterprises need to strengthen the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment and good safety performance.Fourth,enterprises should be based on the actual situation,continue to strengthen safety awareness training and safety training,and promote the safety quality and risk response ability of employees to meet the actual needs.(3)The literature identification method is used to identify the factors that affect the safety production of enterprises.The importance data are obtained by means of questionnaire survey.The data are analyzed by statistical analysis and exploratory factor analysis,and a complete evaluation system and evaluation process are established.The evaluation method of intrinsic safety is systematically and deeply studied.According to the scientific and effective evaluation method,the potential safety hazards and risks of enterprises are analyzed in detail,and the improvement and prevention and control measures are put forward.Based on the concept of intrinsic safety management and the industry characteristics of power generation enterprises,this paper draws lessons from the content of intrinsic safety evaluation of State Grid Corporation of China,and divides the intrinsic safety evaluation of power generation enterprises into eight modules: organization management,team building,source guarantee,hidden danger investigation and management,risk control,quality control,scientific and technological support and emergency disposal,which are subdivided into 24 units,and a perfect intrinsic safety evaluation index system of power generation enterprises is established.(4)Based on the above research,this paper takes the construction of intrinsically safe enterprises as an example to make an empirical analysis by using the intrinsically safe evaluation system of power generation enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions to realize the intrinsically safe management of power generation enterprises.It focuses on strengthening safety awareness training,building a sound safety management mechanism,strengthening equipment maintenance,improving emergency plans,and safety risk assessment.In the case of fully implementing these measures in practice,power generation enterprises will effectively improve the level of intrinsic safety,which can control and eliminate dangerous sources from the source and ensure the safety and stability of the production process.Through the effective use of the questionnaire survey method and the full play of the effectiveness of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the weight and corresponding score of each unit are set,and the evaluation standard of the intrinsic safety management system of power generation enterprises is established.Through the evaluation of the safety management of the enterprise,it assists the enterprise to find the existing problems and the areas to be improved in time,and gives targeted improvement strategies to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.
