Research On The Path Of Rural Ecological Environment Management In Gansu Province In The New Era

For a long time,China has attached great importance to ecological construction and protection,and has implemented it as a basic national policy.Gansu Province,as an important water supply area for the Yangtze and Yellow Rivers,plays an important role in ensuring ecological security in the western part of the country.Since the new era,Gansu Province is facing the double huge pressure of leapfrog development and play the function of ecological barrier.The degree of difficulty is second to none in China,and the ecological environment presents a trend of "overall containment,while local areas continue to deteriorate ".At present,the quality of rural ecological environment in Gansu province has been improved.However,in the process of economic development,there are still a series of ecological environment problems.Therefore,we must continue to promote the governance of rural ecological environment in Gansu province.In this paper,the ecological environment in rural areas of Gansu Province is taken as the starting point.First,the related concepts of ecological environment governance are basically defined,and the theoretical basis of the rural ecological environment governance in Gansu Province in the new era is expounded from the perspectives of Marxist ecological theory,Chinese excellent traditional ecological culture and the rural ecological thoughts of Communist Party of China.It also expounds the great significance of rural ecological environment governance in Gansu Province in the new era from the aspects of ensuring the ecological security in the western part of the country,promoting the high-quality development of regional economy,and helping the overall revitalization of rural areas in Gansu Province.Secondly,it systematically sorts out and summarizes a series of measures,a series of historical achievements and governance experience in the process of rural ecological environment governance in Gansu Province in the new era.Thirdly,it deeply analyzed the problems of water shortage and low utilization rate,wide range and high degree of water and soil loss,lack of fundamental control of desertification,rapid and diverse grassland degradation,overall shrinking of wetland area,and widespread surface and source pollution in the living environment in the current process of rural ecological environment management in Gansu province.Then,from the perspectives of relative poverty,lack of overall cognition of ecological consciousness,low efficiency of legal system,low efficiency of policy implementation mechanism,and single participants of environmental protection,we analyzed the causes of the existing problems of ecological environment governance in Gansu Province.Finally,in view of the above problems and causes,this paper puts forward the path of ecological environment governance in Gansu Province in the new era from the aspects of fully stimulating the potential of economic development,strengthening the guidance of ecological values,improving the supply of relevant institutions and systems,perfecting the operating mechanism of principles and policies,and promoting the effective coordination of multiple subjects.Since the new era,Gansu Province has made remarkable achievements in the governance of rural ecological environment,but there are also some challenges in the governance of natural ecosystems.Therefore,the prospect of taking a series of necessary measures to manage the ecological environment in rural areas of Gansu Province is still very bright!...
