Coal Logistics Business Model Innovation And Key Technology Research Of YC Freight Center

Coal has always occupied the core position of energy in China.And Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has abundant coal resources because of its unique geography.It has proven reserves of more than 34 billion tons,ranking eighth in China.Ningxia,as an inland area,is transporting coal by road and railway.Compared with roads,mass freight transportation is the main task of railways.YC Freight Center is located in Yinchuan,the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and is mainly responsible for the organization of railway transportation in Ningxia.In 2021,the sales of industrial raw coal above the designated size in Ningxia were76.701 million tons.However,the coal logistics of the railway in YC Freight Center only accounted for 10.5%.Because of single services in the railway coal logistics,YC Freight Center lost the advantages of abundant coal reserves and railway transportation.Thus,it did not achieve the transformation and upgrading of logistics.This article takes railway transport stations as the research object,analyzing the current mode of coal logistics.In addition,we will find the key problems in limiting the development of coal logistics by establishing business diagnosis methods.In this way,we would like to start with the key problems and study a new business model and technical support system so that put forward some new ideas for the development of railway coal logistics.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation of coal logistics business,problems are identified from five aspects: coal enterprises,railway transportation,storage and distribution centers,consumer factors,and external environment.From the perspective of freight centers as the main body of coal logistics,the problem is analyzed to identify the key issues for YC freight centers to develop coal logistics.Then,according to the coal logistics model and value analysis,we would come up with a novel model with a credit mechanism as the premise,a transferable utility and benefits distribution mechanism as the guarantee,and an information platform as the support.And we can increase the profit through convenient and low-cost logistics services,value-added services,and others.In this article,we will establish a coal logistics operation system for the new business model and identify the key technologies in it.And related subjects are guided to gather around the business chain through resource collaboration,forming a new chain for new business;Then YC Freight Center gives full play to the advantages of railway transportation and leverages technology to design products and services to attract customers;Finally,the technology of information integration not only ensures the smooth flow of information but also implements some functions of e-commerce to provide online services.Finally,it discusses the supporting facilities,such as the operating system,business philosophy,hardware facilities,and information equipment,to supplement the technical system and serve the railway coal logistics.
