Esearch On The Improvement Of Innovation Ability Of Environmental Monitoring Enterprises

Enhancing innovation capabilities has gradually become a key factor for technology companies to improve their competitiveness and shape their core advantages.In response to the challenges faced by China’s ecological environment governance in the new era,it is necessary to focus on technological innovation in the ecological field and build a green technology innovation system that suits China’s ecological environment conditions,thereby improving the overall technological innovation capabilities.In this context,environmental monitoring companies in the ecological environment field also urgently need to enhance their innovation capabilities and solve the "hard bones" in pollution control through innovation.Firstly,through literature review and collation,a summary and induction of domestic and foreign research on open innovation and corporate technological innovation capabilities were conducted.By analyzing previous research,the connotation and structure of innovation capabilities were clarified,the influencing factors of innovation capabilities were summarized,and the dimensions of innovation capability characterization were discussed.Secondly,using a case study combined with grounded theory,following the principles of adaptability,typicality,representativeness,and data availability,the X company in the environmental monitoring industry was selected as the case study subject,introducing the basic information of the company and summarizing and analyzing the development process of the company’s innovation capabilities and the problems therein.Next,this paper used grounded research methods to perform open coding,axial coding,and selective coding on X company’s innovation capability-related data,and constructed an innovation capability enhancement model for X company based on the coding results.Finally,based on the conclusions of the grounded research on X company’s innovation capabilities,corresponding strategies for enhancing X company’s innovation capabilities were proposed.In summary,this thesis,through literature review and sorting,analyzes and refines the cultivation mechanism,influencing factors,and promotion path of corporate innovation capabilities,combines the development process of X company for more than 20 years,summarizes the path from weak to strong innovation capabilities from longitudinal development stages,compares horizontally with peers to find deficiencies in innovation capabilities,applies the grounded theory method for model construction,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies and measures,with the aim of enhancing the overall innovation capabilities of X company.
