Research On Evaluation And Cooperative Governance Of Regional Innovation Ecosystem In The Yangtze River Economic Zone

As the current globalization of the world economy continues to accelerate,the improvement of innovation capabilities is closely related to the regional and national competitive advantages.As a major national strategic development area,whether the Yangtze river economic belt can implement the new development concept and build the Yangtze river innovation belt,both in the region and in the construction of the entire socialist modern power,is very important.In view of this,this article relying on ecology,innovation ecosystem and collaborative innovation theory,from the perspective of ecology and synergy,evaluates the status of resource adaptation and evolution of the regional innovation ecosystem in the Yangtze river economic zone and proposes governance recommendations.The main research contents of this article include:First,based on the introduction of the relevant definitions of niche theory and innovation system theory,introduced the concept of a regional innovation ecosystem,and on this basis,the structure model and operating mechanism of the innovation ecosystem have been established.Second,based on the concept of niche suitability,an evaluation model of niche suitability was established.and to a certain extent,it has broken through the traditional"subject-environment" indicator system thinking framework,constructed an evaluation index system based on the operation of "material flow-energy flow-information flow",the niche suitability and evolution trend of the regional innovation ecosystem in the Yangtze river economic zone from 2015 to 2019 were evaluated and analyzed,and through cluster analysis,the innovation ecosystem of each province and city is divided horizontally.Third,relying on the "strategy-organization-knowledge" model of collaborative innovation theory,an in-depth mechanism analysis of the problems encountered in the development of the regional innovation ecosystem in the Yangtze river economic zone,and put forward countermeasures on this basis.This article draws the following research conclusions:First of all,based on the niche fitness model,at present,the regional innovation ecosystem of the Yangtze river economic belt has uneven distribution of innovation resources,the problem of niche suitability polarization,at the same time,the evolution of the overall innovation level in the region is not obvious,the evolution of the innovation ecosystem is lacking.In terms of specific data,the downstream Jiangsu province performed best in terms of suitability for innovation,belongs to a high-level area;however,Shanghai and Zhejiang,which are also in the lower reaches,belong to middle-level areas,slightly inferior in the input of material flow;other provinces and cities are in low-level areas,especially in Yunnan and Guizhou provinces,whether it is material flow,information flow or energy flow,there is a lot of room for improvement.Secondly,the main conclusions drawn from the analysis of the internal mechanism of these problems based on the collaborative innovation theory include:First,in terms of strategic synergy,it does not pay attention to the synergy of values betwen multiple subjects,lack of the construction of benefit distribution and risk prevention mechanisms.Second,the organizational collaboration does not pay attention to the diversification of the organizational level.And the creation and upgrade of the operating model.Third,there is a lack of inter-organizational learning in knowledge collaboration,and the lack of network transformation of the knowledge interface.In view of this,based on the theory of collaborative innovation,this article proposes the following suggestions from the three dimensions of optimizing the basic system,improving the operating mechanism,and building a collaborative platform:First,clarify the role positioning related to government,industry,university and research.Second,strengthen the innovation drive,policy preference,risk prevention and the improvement of incentive distribution mechanisms.Third,establish a platform for collaborative innovation,technology transfer and achievement transformation.
