At present,China’s rural tourism industry is developing rapidly, the natural environmental and socio-economic impacts of rural tourism development have received much academic attention, but there is a lack of research exploring the impacts of rural tourism development on rural tourism sites from the perspective of changes in the value of ecosystem services. In fact, rural tourism is an important means of replacing the two hills in rural tourism areas and has a significant impact on regional development. Therefore, this thesis selects a typical resort town,Zhongyuan Township in Jiangxi Province,as the study area for empirical analysis. The basic data required for this thesis were obtained through remote sensing image interpretation and several field studies and interviews in the study area. The value of ecosystem services in rural tourism areas was identified and analysed using geographic probes and geographically weighted regression models. The analysis of the above leads to the following conclusions:(1)Land use types are predominantly forested and land use change is spatially variable in the tourism development process. At the study point, woodland is the most dominant land use type in the study area, accounting for 88.556%of the total area by 2021;the characteristics of change show an increase in the area of construction land and woodland,a decrease in the area of arable land, water and other uses, and an increase in grassland followed by a decrease. The results of land use dynamics show that at the early stage of tourism development, land use changes are large, while when tourism development is in a stable stage, land use dynamics also gradually tends to level off,and the dynamics of all land types in this period are smaller than those in the previous stage. The direction of land use transfer shows that land use types changed more frequently in the early stage of tourism development, with a total of 3016.30hm~2 of land converted;as the development of rural tourism became more mature, the pattern of tourism development had been formed, and at this time there was no more frequent adjustment of land use types, with only 1940.126hm~2 of land converted. The results of the comprehensive land use analysis show that the land use index of the study area shows an increasing trend throughout the development of rural tourism, with an increase of 0.734 and 0.377 respectively during the study period.(2)The regional RTD-ESV is increasing in the context of tourism development and shows spatial heterogeneity. The total RTD-ESV in the study area over the past two decades has shown a continuous increase and a large variation, amounting to RMB 481,151,361,000,RMB 590,306,800 and RMB 64,651,011,000 in 2000,2013 and 2021 respectively. The RTD-ESV of all land types showed a trend of change, with forest land having the highest RTD-ESV,reaching553,844,430,000 Yuan in 2021;the RTD-ESV per unit area showed an increasing trend except for grassland, with the most obvious trend of increasing RTD-ESV for arable land, which was1.420 Yuan/m~2,3.825 Yuan/m~2 and 7.906 Yuan/m~2 respectively at the time point of the study. The value of each individual ecosystem service, except for the supply service, which first increased and then decreased, showed a continuous increase in RTD-ESV,and the cultural service increased by a total of 32,502,980,000 yuan between 2013 and 2021,accounting for57.831%of the total increase in RTD-ESV.In terms of the characteristics of RTD-ESV changes at the village scale, all administrative villages showed different trends in RTD-ESV during the study period, except for Dongxia village, which was always in the high value area, and with the development of tourism each individual RTD-ESV also showed different changes among villages.By eliminating the constraints of each administrative village through the grid scale, the analysis of the spatial variation characteristics of RTD-ESV shows that the total value of RTD-ESV and the spatial variation of RTD-ESV of each individual service are more obvious. The Moran’s I index of RTD-ESV is positive and shows an increasing trend during the study period, and the clustering characteristics are mainly low-low clustering;and the Moran’s I index of each individual RTD-ESV shows an increasing trend, among which the Moran’s I index of cultural services The Moran’s I index for cultural services is more obvious, rising from 0.341to 0.818.(3)RTD-ESV is influenced by a variety of factors, each of which has a different direction and intensity of action on RTD-ESV.In general, the number of POIs among the tourism development factors is positively correlated with RTD-ESV,and the four influencing factors of distance from parks and green areas, precipitation,DEM and distance from POIs have a negative influence on the regional RTD-ESV,and the strength of the influence is in descending order of distance from parks and green areas, number of POIs,precipitation,DEM and distance from POIs;specifically,Precipitation and RTD-ESV have positive and negative correlations, and the regression coefficients show a distribution of high in the south and low in the north;precipitation and RTD-ESV have positive and negative correlations, and the influence evolves from positive to negative from southeast to northwest;distance to parks and green areas and RTD-ESV have positive and negative correlations and show a spatial proximity;the number of POIs and The number of POIs is positively and negatively correlated with RTD-ESV,with a spatial trend of positive to negative correlation from the middle to the surroundings, and obvious spatial differences;distance from POIs is negatively correlated with RTD-ESV,and the regression coefficients generally show a trend of small in the central and northwestern parts and high in other areas.
