With the wide use of bowl buckle scaf fold,safety accidents often occur,causing casualties and economic losses.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety risk management of scaffolding construction.In this paper,on the basis of determining the factors affecting the construction safety risk of the bowl buckle scaffold and establishing the evaluation index system,applying the variable weight,set pair analysis and matter-element extension theory,the construction safety risk evaluation model based on the variable weight set pair and extension coupling is constructed.Combined with the risk coping method,the evaluation index system of scaffolding and the safety risk level,the construction safety risk coping measures are put forward.(1)The construction safety risk evaluation index system of bowl buckle scaffold is established.On the basis of the analysis of the accident mechanism,the inspection list method and literature study method are used to analyze the scaffold accident and related research literature,to ensure that the obtained list of scaffold construction safety risk factors is comprehensive and in line with the reality.The obtained list of risk factors is modified to ensure the suitability of the evaluation index system,and to provide reference for the scaffold construction safety management personnel.(2)The construction safety risk assessment model of bowl buckle scaffold based on variable weight set pair and extension coupling is constructed.By analyzing the characteristics of construction safety evaluation,the applicability of set pair-matter-element coupling model in safety risk evaluation of scaffolding construction is discussed.Considering the influence of the horizontal configuration of the evaluation index value on the index weight,the variable weight theory was used to modify the fixed weight of the index,and the variable weight set pairs-extension coupling evaluation model was established.(3)The validity of the variable weight set pair-extension coupling bowl buckle scaffold construction safety risk assessment model is verified.Combined with the index system established and the value of each index of the actual scaffold project,the safety risk assessment model constructed was applied in practice.The analysis results show that the safety risk level of the scaffold project is "Ⅱ",but there is a tendency to change to "Ⅲ".The corresponding security risk levels of criterion layer indexes and index layer indexes are also effectively identified,and the validity of the model is verified.(4)The countermeasures for safety risk of bowl buckle scaffold construction are put forward.On the basis of the classification of scaffold safety level and the analysis of risk coping methods,the selection strategy of construction safety risk coping methods is put forward,that is,the risk coping methods are determined by the safety level of the risk factors.On this basis,the concrete construction safety risk countermeasures of scaffolding are given.This paper provides a new evaluation method for the safety risk management of bowl buckle scaffold construction,and combined with the analysis of the safety grade of scaffolding and risk response methods,put forward the countermeasures for the safety risk of bowl buckle scaffold construction,which is helpful to the safe construction of scaffolding engineering,and has a good engineering reference significance.
