| With the rapid development of the China economy,the demand for electricity and materials in various industries is becoming more and more strong,and the traditional mining dump truck has the following defects due to its own structure and driving characteristics: First,its high energy consumption,which occupies a high proportion of mining costs.Second,it is a manned operation mode,and the structural design of traditional trucks is no longer suitable for the development of information technology in the new era.Third,the 2x4 rear-drive mode of traditional trucks can no longer adapt to the unmanned production management mode of equipment in the future mines.,the changes in market demand and the technological development of information make it necessary to carry out technological innovation of mining dump trucks.This paper does some research on the engineering application of pure electric four-wheel drive dump trucks.First,it compares the different efficiencies and tariffs of energy conversion between pure electric four-wheel drive dump trucks and traditional fuel dump trucks,and analyzes the pure electric four-wheel drive dump trucks have huge consumption cost advantages.Then according to the matching requirements of electric shovels,according to the principle of choosing between the advantages and disadvantages of traditional dump trucks and reducing energy consumption requirements,some vehicle parameters are designed,such as vehicle quality,maximum speed,maximum climbing degree,etc.According to the characteristics of the asynchronous motor,the basi c principle of the current regulator design is analyzed,and two new types of current regulator designs are proposed.method.Finally,according to the requirements of the power characteristics of the whole vehicle,the time model of the operation and main tenance of the mining dump truck is calculated,and then according to the requirements of the time management mode of the mine,the battery configuration requirements of the power battery are formulated,and the main circuit of the system is implemented in terms of engineering implementation.Design,selection,and loss have been studied. |
