A Study On The Total Quality Management Level Evaluation Of Chemical Enterprises

With the development of globalization and increasing competition,Total Quality Management(TQM)has gradually gained attention in chemical enterprises.However,due to the complexity and risks unique to chemical enterprises,traditional TQM evaluation methods cannot fully meet their needs.Therefore,this study aims to construct a TQM level evaluation model suitable for chemical enterprises,enabling them to better assess and improve their total quality management.This paper first introduces the research background,including the challenges faced by chemical enterprises in the context of globalization,the importance of total quality management,and the current research status.Next,by elaborating on basic concepts such as TQM and characteristics of chemical enterprises,as well as the theories introduction of DEMATEL,ANP,entropy method,and improved game equilibrium solution,a foundation is laid for subsequent research.Based on this foundation,this paper constructs a TQM level evaluation model suitable for chemical enterprises.Through literature review and analysis of the characteristics of chemical enterprises,key activities of total quality management are extracted,and appropriate evaluation indicators are selected in conjunction with expert feedback.Then,the subjective weights of each indicator are obtained using the Delphi method and DEMATEL+ANP method.In the empirical analysis section,this paper takes C company as an example,calculates the objective weights using the entropy method,and combines the subjective weights with the objective weights using the improved game equilibrium solution method to obtain the comprehensive weights of the evaluation indicators.Finally,based on the actual data of C company,the final evaluation score of its TQM level is determined using the weighted method.Through the empirical analysis of C company,this study reveals the obvious decrease of the company in total quality management in recent 2 years and proposes specific improvement suggestions for the issues identified.
