Research On Influencing Factors Of Green Logistics Development Of Shipping Enterprises By Grey-DEMATEL Method

Based on the shipping industry's annual CO₂ emissions of 1 billion tonnes in 2008,the IMO hopes to reduce them by 50%until 2050.Considering that the shipping industry accounts for 85%of the international freight volume,combined with a 19%reduction in the shipping industry's annual CO₂ emissions in 2018 from the base year 2008,the shipping industry's decarbonization target is still very difficult.In addition,the ship oil spill,the discharge of ballast water caused by species invasion,loading and unloading dust pollution are not conducive to environmental protection.The future development of shipping enterprises needs to consider the issue of green environmental protection.At present,scholars at home and abroad focus on the measurement of carbon emissions,the comparison of the effects of different emission reduction measures and the evaluation of shipping enterprises'green logistics capabilities.Scholars have conducted in-depth studies on a specific issue,but have not comprehensively studied the various factors affecting the development of green logistics of shipping enterprises in China and their logical relations.This article through the literature review of shipping companies have a comprehensive understanding of green logistics development,and expert interview to preliminary screening of possible influencing factors,through the questionnaires of factors influencing the further screening and grading,combined with grey numbers and the DEMATEL method to collect data analysis and processing,that provides reference for future research on green logistics development of shipping enterprises.The development of green logistics for shipping enterprises also has certain practical significance,which can improve the corporate image,enhance the green competitiveness of enterprises,reduce energy consumption and save operating costs while protecting the environment.In this paper,the grey number was combined with DEMATEL's method to calculate the logical relationship and importance of each influencing factor.The subsequent sensitivity test checks the subjectivity of the expert scoring.The reason degree is positive,indicating that the influence on other influencing factors is large,and that is the cause factor;negativity indicates that the influencing factor is influenced by other factors to a great extent,and that is the result factor.The results show that the advanced level and working conditions of the equipment such as energy saving and tail gas treatment are the first among the causes,followed by the construction and implementation of the ship's energy management system.Among the result factors,the degree of inspection and PSC on the green logistics development of shipping enterprises ranked the first,indicating that it was the most easily changed factor.The strict implementation of PSC in a short period of time had an immediate effect on the development of green logistics of shipping enterprises.Centrality represents the importance of green logistics development for shipping enterprises.Ship energy management system,industry association,energy-saving and environmental protection equipment rank top three.Surprisingly,the government-led factor ranked the eighth highest,indicating the low importance of the government in the development of green logistics for shipping enterprises.Finally,according to the actual situation,the development recommendations are given from the government,industry and shipping enterprises.
